First of all,teaching professional growth is an ideal paradigm of individual teacher’s professional development,which is to consciously,actively and controllably improve professional knowledge,professional skills,professional awareness and professional emotion,so as to realize the process of integrating knowledge and action in professional growth.It has its own excellent characteristics of sources,phases and continuity.But the reality of teachers’ professional growth but vulnerable to series Zi Yuan Xing defects,such as "consciousness of self growth weak,lack of professional disconnect,lack of professional identity,lifelong learning concept,such as the lack of career planning consciousness weakening",difficult to cross the obstacles of actual condition,and get rid of the professional development of inaction,blindly,inefficient and vulnerable,etc.Regional culture is a complex of material culture,institutional culture,behavioral culture and spiritual culture,which is formed by people in a certain region in the long-term practice process and reflects the group’s values,thinking mode,life system and behavior mode.It has the characteristics of kinship,stability and regionalism.The professional growth of teachers in a specific region is bound to be affected by it.This paper studies the current situation,influencing factors and formation path of teacher professional growth under regional culture,so as to reveal the significance of regional culture to teacher professional growth,provide regional theoretical basis for teachers’ teaching behavior,and provide practical guidance for promoting teacher professional growth.By means of questionnaire survey and interview,this study conducted a questionnaire survey on the author’s area,summarized the survey results based on the analysis and the theory of cultural structure division,and explored the aspects and formation paths that reflect the regional cultural attributes in teachers’ professional development.The research direction of this study is compiled based on cultural theory.Combined with some aspects observed by the author,the questionnaire is designed to be simple and easy to operate,easy to collect the results,and the paper is written in small points to discuss the relationship between regional cultural attributes and teachers’ professional growth.It is found that teachers’ understanding of regional cultural attributes is not enough.What they are more familiar with are local culture and local culture,etc.,while most of them are familiar with the language and customs as the main expression carrier.There is no significant difference in the regional cultural attributes in terms of gender and education,but with the longer teaching time,the difference in the choice of teaching area is more obvious.Most teachers who have been teaching for longer believe that regional culture has an impact on their professional growth and tend to choose the place they are familiar with in the teaching area.This study elaborates the reasons for the study from four dimensions,and from the perspective of teachers’ own growth,explores the value of regional culture on teachers’ drive for growth,the formation of individual traits and the solution of teachers’ problems.In the face of the investigation status quo,three suggestions are put forward: teachers themselves should pay attention to regional culture and enhance cultural consciousness;For schools,regional culture should be studied to optimize teachers’ professional practice environment.For the government,it is necessary to make use of regional culture,develop regional culture curriculum system,and implement corresponding training.This study believes that the exploration of regional cultural attributes not only provides a new perspective for teachers’ professional growth,but also has great significance for the study of the expansion of the educational value of regional culture.Therefore,teachers have the responsibility to discover the influence of regional culture on themselves and construct the growth path under the regional cultural attributes.
