The overall strategy of my country’s tourism development in the new era is global tourism.Not only that,marathons are constantly being held all over the country.In the layout of the global tourism development,the cooperation between sports competitions and the tourism industry is of positive significance to the allocation of resources and the promotion of industrial value.Xinxian is the first batch of comprehensive tourism demonstration areas in China,and the tourism industry and the tourism industry are constantly being explored.Coordinated development among other industries.The closely related development of "tourism + sports" has promoted the development of the local economy,and has huge development potential in the future development process.How to use this new historical opportunity to establish a clear development goal and direction for Xinxian marathon,and make it an important part of Xinxian sports tourism is very worth thinking about.Xinxian county is famous in China and the only,Jiangjun County,Henan Province.The local nature is abundant,and the forest coverage rate is as high as 76.67%.It has unique cultural and ecological advantages in holding major sports events and carrying out national fitness.The new County marathon will be held for two consecutive sessions from 2018 to 2019.It is a typical product of county level sports event tourism and an important achievement of Sports event tourism in the "13th Five-Year" period.Refer to the actual development of Xinxian Global Tourism and Xinxian Marathon,explore local marathons from the perspective of differentiation of resources,products and markets,and formulate reasonable development policies from the perspective of global tourism This article investigates the relevant situation of the Xinxian Marathon,uses the literature to explore the RMP analysis methods of tourism,sports tourism,Xinxian Marathon and sports tourism in the whole district,and uses the questionnaire survey method to collect the basic information of the local marathon runners,the purpose of participation,and consumption.Level,activity satisfaction;with the help of on-site surveys,collected the basic information of Xinxian marathon runners,participation motivation,consumption level,event satisfaction and other data;combined with the expert interview method,explored the relevant person in charge of Xinxian Sports Center,sports tourism Experts,experts and scholars organized interviews and conversations,and collected the brief of the local development process.Under this premise,with the aid of the RMP analysis method,it summarized the shortcomings in the development of the Xinxian Marathon,formulated an effective development policy,summarized the existing problems,and put forward feasible development strategies.Through the research,the following conclusions and suggestions are preliminarily obtained:the resource advantages of Xinxian marathon in the context of global tourism are obvious but not fully utilized;the tourist market has high satisfaction with the events,However,the supporting infrastructure is relatively lagging,the service level is poor,and the goods themselves are still inadequate,such as unclear positioning,not closely integrated with tourism,Lack of competitiveness.Therefore,in the process of formulating the development policy,it is necessary to effectively use local resources,make full use of the favorable conditions of resources,increase the intensity of capital investment,optimize infrastructure construction,improve the service level of local service areas,and continue to develop "Sports+ Cultural Tourism" " and tourism" to highlight the benefits of brand sports industry.And then realize the new County marathon and the new county’s history and culture,social development,urban tourism integration development.
