In the 2018 Asian Games,China won the men’s team silver medal,women’s individual silver medal,women’s team bronze medal and men’s individual bronze medal,creating the best record in the history of China’s participation in the Asian Games golf competition."Much starker choices-and graver consequences-in" period,with the rapid increase of the number of teenagers play high association hosted the number of events and certification from more than 10 increased to more than 400 games a year,greatly enriched the supply,in 2019 the second national youth games of golf project competition hubei seven-player teams gains group gold medal total,personal,hubei junior golf sports level has a pivotal position in the field of the national golf.In this paper,through literature research,questionnaire investigation,expert interview method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,from the youth players,players,coaches,parents in the face of wuhan golf sports present situation investigation,found that men and women ratio imbalance,youth leisure time insufficiency,the veteran players focused on the 2 years,youth golf will not high;Parents lack awareness of golf and lack of company for their children;The majority of male golf coaches are middle-aged and young,with short playing and teaching years,few senior coaches,serious adult teaching and low salary level.In wuhan junior golf exercise participation motivation,achievement motivation and stimulate the motivation,learning motivation,external identity motive,external regulation motive,external perturbation,regulating motivation and motivation)descriptive statistics,independent sample t-test and single difference analysis method such as analysis,draw the conclusion:(1)wuhan youth players to participate in the golf internal motivation is greater than the external motive and effect of wuhan youth players involved in the strength of the golf motivation dimension from big to small order in the order: Knowledge seeking motivation > Stimulus motivation>Motivation of external identity>Achievement motivation>No motivation>External and intraperturative regulatory motivation>External regulating motive;(2)the boys in the degree of participation motivation is better than the girls involved in golf,multiple comparison,different gender on golf players in stimulating motivation,learning motivation and external identity motive,external regulation motive,external perturbation,regulating motivation,no motive six dimensions existed significant difference(P<0.05),there are no significant differences in and achievement motivation(P>0.05);(3)different cultural level youth participation motivation in seven motive dimensions there are significant differences(P<0.05),the mean comparison results show that college students in the learning motivation,stimulate the motive,external identity motivation and achievement motivation,external perturbation,regulating motivation within five strongest motive in the primary school students in external regulation motive,no strongest motive of the two motives;Multiple comparison results showed that there were significant differences between primary school students and other groups(P<0.05).(4)different teenagers big-league service participation motivation in stimulation,knowledge,and external regulation,external identity and no motive has the characteristics of the stronger the veteran,the higher motivation,at the same time these motives there were significant differences(P <0.05),within the achievement motivation and external perturbation,regulating motivation has the characteristics of the lower the veteran the stronger the motivation on there is no significant difference(P>0.05);The mean value comparison shows that the young players with one year or less of playing age have the weakest motivation of achievement motivation,stimulation motivation,knowledge seeking motivation,external identification motivation and external introgression adjustment motivation.Finally,aiming at the achievement motivation,stimulation motivation,knowledge seeking motivation,external identification motivation,external regulation motivation,external intrusive regulation motivation and no motivation of Wuhan youth players,the strengthening and coping strategies are put forward respectively. |
