| At present,China has entered the new normal of economy,and the traditional means of demand-side economic regulation and control can no longer provide effective supply for economic growth at this stage,so it is necessary to start from the supply side under the guidance of supply-side theory.Optimize and upgrade the existing industrial structure,improve product quality,so as to achieve the purpose of forming effective supply and stimulating economic growth.Based on the supply-side theory,this paper analyzes the present situation of resource supply and allocation of commercial football stadiums and gymnasiums in Qingyang District of Chengdu by using the methods of literature collection,expert interview,questionnaire and field investigation.Find out the current resource supply constraints of stadiums and gymnasiums,and in the supply side theory Under the guidance of the guidance,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the optimal allocation of stadium resources,so that the resources of commercial football venues can be optimized,the industrial structure can be optimized and upgraded,and better sports service-oriented commodities will be produced,thus forming an effective supply.To make more people participate in football,finally to expand the football population and make the people form the concept of lifelong sports,and at the same time put forward reforms and measures for the existing commercial football venues and unbuilt commercial football venues.The following conclusions were drawn:1.The allocation of commercial football stadiums and gymnasiums in Qingyang District of Chengdu is mainly restricted by the shortage of land resources,the insufficient supply of policy resources and other practical factors,and the supervision mechanism of the industry.The lack of access mechanism makes the commercial football venues in the region show extensive development trend.2.The resource time allocation of commercial football venues in Qingyang District of Chengdu is at a low level,there is a certain degree of imbalance between supply and demand,and each part of the resources can not serve the commercial football venues very well.3.The overall number of commercial football stadiums in Qingyang District of Chengdu is relatively small,which does not match with the increasing number of football participating consumers,the service products of stadiums and gymnasiums are lack of innovation,and there is a lack of non-governmental industry organizations to coordinate the development of commercial football stadiums and gymnasiums.There is a lack of interaction between stadiums and gymnasiums,and the flow ofinformation between stadiums and gymnasiums is poor.There is a certain imbalance between supply and demand in time and space.4.The lack of relevant qualified management personnel,ignoring the changes in the demand structure of service objects,the lack of professional literacy and knowledge system of venue management personnel,making it difficult to make use of the existing resources for reasonable allocation of stadiums and gymnasiums.In view of the present situation of resource allocation of commercial football venues and the characteristics and demand structure of sports participating consumers,the following suggestions are put forward:1.A series of documents and regulations,such as perfecting the policy and government guidance of sports industry,simplifying the procedure of land examination and approval of stadiums and gymnasiums,giving tax concessions and setting up special fund subsidies,to guide private capital to enhance the absolute supply of commercial football stadiums and gymnasiums.2.Innovate sports service products and optimize the time allocation of commercial football venues resources.3.Create non-governmental industry organizations,improve the industry supervision mechanism,coordinate the allocation of resources.4.Adhere to the supply-side reform of demand structure accurate control guidance industry optimization and upgrading. |
