Under the tide of the new era,the service and innovation of modern digital technology have the function of deep integration to the talent training,education and teaching,subject development and so on in colleges and universities.During recent years,experts and scholars at home and abroad have gradually explored the application of VR technology represented by man-machine cooperation in education and teaching,which has laid a solid theoretical foundation for this study.The VR virtual technology,as a new era digital technology,has unique interactivity.It can simulate dangerous and difficult experiments in real time.At the same time,VR teaching form is also very novel to make students full of interest and "live" in class.To keep up with the pace of technology in the information age,to develop a new model of artificial intelligence,to improve the new situation of education and teaching and to cultivate talents,this study applies VR virtual digital technology to swimming teaching,so that swimming beginners can coordinate with each other with HTCVive sensing equipment in virtual water situation,and combine with students’ concrete practice to develop goal feedback mechanism to stimulate students’ interest in learning and improve their self-efficacy.In order to develop a new model of physical education,At the same time,it provides a theoretical reference for the application of VR digital technology in the integration of physical education.By querying a large number of literature,the potential relationship between virtual reality technology and swimming fear psychology is deeply explored,and the regulation of virtual reality technology and swimming fear psychology is combined.The conclusion of experimental research in swimming course teaching is helpful to open up new ideas for swimming teachers or related researchers.This study in wuhan sports college level 2019 swimming 16 fear water in the common course for the college students as the research object,were randomly divided into experimental class and that in comparative classes.Literature material law,Validation process through the experiment,this method is proven to be psychological intervention has a positive role for swimming fear water,then according to the experiment data statistics analysis,used for the experiment design and experiment personnel,after finishing the validation of virtual reality technology is applied to fear the psychological intervention effect and feasibility of the water.The results of this paper has the following points:(1)the virtual reality technology applied in the teaching of swimming familiar with water,so that the students can quickly adapt to the water environment,into the role,effectively improve the students psychological went because of a fear of water,or dare not move the alienation of water.After through the virtual reality technology to alleviate psychological fearing water,active go in learning to swim in the process of active exploration techniques.In order to the diversity of swimming teaching provides new teaching idea.At the same time,it also promoted the new era of information technology and the depth of the physical education.(2)in the swimming teaching,will fear water to severe psychological fear water,moderate fear water,mild fear water,and don’t fear the four types of water.On the basic teaching,combined with the virtual reality technology,using this method as an auxiliary method in the teaching of swimming,swimming in the teaching experiments prove that have a significant effect,help to eliminate the fear of water students psychology,to help students keep up with teaching progress,fearing water swimming action master students,also can improve the quality of swimming teaching.(3)the integration of virtual reality technology to swim auxiliary teaching mode on the learners to learn swimming in interested in promoting and traditional class teaching the superior effect to show better;Auxiliary teaching using virtual reality technology can effectively increase the study effect,and improve students’ confidence and interest in the water,at the same time reduces the labor intensity of the teachers.
