Reshearch purporse:The evaluation of ankle motor function includes muscle strength,anklemobility,ankle balance function and so on.It is found that the experiment of Baduanjin can promote the function of ankle joint.The main muscles around the ankle were selected,including the internal and external side of the gastrocnemius,the Achilles tendon of the gastrocnemius,the proximal and distal part of the tibial anterior muscle,the long peroneal muscle.And toexplore the relationship between the influence of Baduanjin on ankle joint and the quality oflife.Reshearch methods:The volunteers were randomly divided into two groups: a blank control group and an intervention experimental group.They were measured on regular fitness data.The experiments included functional motion screening of ankle joint,standing on one leg,the star excursion balance test,dynamic balancet and Berg balance scale score.Subjects in the intervention group were instructed to learn Baduanjin movements,and then underwent Baduanjin intervention for 8 weeks,3 to 4 times a week,one hour at a time.The control group did not do any intervention.The experimental data before and after the intervention were analyzed.A software was used for statistical analysis of the data.Results:There were significant differences in scores of squat,hurdle step and split leg squat before and after intervention.There were significant differences between groups in scores of squat,hurdle step and front-rear split leg squat after intervention.There were significant differences in standing with both feet,step,standing with one leg without eyes closed and turning when walking.ANT(anter),MED(medial),AMED(anteromedial),PMED(posterolateral),POST(posterior)directions had significant differences in right leg support.ANT,AMED,PMED,LAT(lateral),PLAT(posterolateral)ALAT(anterolateral)directions were significantly different in left leg support.There was a significant difference between the groups after the intervention while standing on one leg.There were significant differences in left ankle valgus and left ankle varus Before and after intervention.After intervention,the comparison amongcontrol group and experimental group had significant differences in the groups of left ankle valgus,left ankle varus and left ankle dorsiflexion.There wassignificant difference in dynamic equilibrium grade before and after intervention.Conclusion:1.8-week Baduanjin exercise intervention can improve the ankle varus,valgus,plantar flexion range of motion,improve balance function.2.8-week Baduanjin exercise intervention can improve the stability and flexibility of ankle joint.
