A Study On Diversified Development Feature Of Competitive Advantage Events Reserve Talents Training System Of Sichuan Province

In this study,taking the reserve talents training system of competitive advantage events as the object,mainly through the methods of questionnaire and interview,and the reserve talents training system of Sichuan Province is divided into three training subjects: sports,education and society,and then the investigation is carried out.At the same time,the results of the investigation are analyzed to find out the feature in the diversified development of the reserve talents training system of competitive advantage events.In addition,this paper makes a prospect for the diversified,mutually beneficial and coordinated development of relevant units and institutions inside and outside the system,explores and conceives a more scientific and more diversified training system structure of reserve talents for competitive advantage events,to serve the development of competitive sports in Sichuan Province in a better way.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:1.The training system of competitive reserve talents in Sichuan is diversified,in the three aspects of selection,training and competition,sport,education and society systems have the relations of communication,cooperation and guidance.But the diversified development of diversified reserve talents training system is not high.2.The sport system is still the leading role in the training of competitive advantage talents.Although the cultivation level are guaranteed for various reasons,there are still various problems.3.In the training of competitive advantage event reserve talents,all aspects of development of the education system are dominated by sports and social systems.It is worthy of promotion.4.Social system can be a supplement to the insufficient development of education system and scale down of sports system primary level cultivation for synchronized swimming,but the training level and scale can not replace that of the traditional training system.5.The competition system of the reserve talents training system of competitive advantage events in Sichuan has few competitions and single form.It is necessary to form a competition system with more opportunities and more forms.
