Taking Gaolan Outdoor Leisure Sports Town And Targeted Poverty Alleviation Integrated Development Research

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that the current pattern of poverty alleviation in China has basically taken shape,and the fight against poverty has reached a new level.The goal of our struggle in 2020 is to win the battle against poverty,build a well-off society in an all-round way,and achieve a comprehensive rural poverty alleviation.Worry about food and clothing,rural compulsory education,basic housing and medical care are guaranteed,and poverty-stricken counties fully take off their hats.In July 2016,my country for the first time proposed the development of characteristic towns nationwide.It is expected that by 2020,around 1,000 characteristic and dynamic tourism characteristic towns will be cultivated.At present,all localities are keeping pace with the state,according to favorable policies,give full play to local advantages,and promote economic development with the construction of characteristic towns.This article takes the construction of Gaolan outdoor sports and leisure characteristic towns in Xingshan County and Gaolan's targeted poverty alleviation as the research objects;it takes Gaolan Village and villagers in Xingshan County and tourists as the subjects of investigation.The purpose of the research is to use the opportunity of Gao Lan outdoor sports and leisure town construction to stimulate economic development with tourism and achieve industrial transformation,leading Gao Lan villagers to take the road out of poverty and complete the task of fighting off poverty.Through the literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,case analysis method,field inspection method and other methods,we surveyed Gao Lan's outdoor sports and leisure characteristic town construction status,tourist characteristics,poverty status,villagers' basic situation and other relevant data.The research of Gao Lan's outdoor sports and leisure characteristic town construction and integrated development of targeted poverty alleviation is in line with the country's strategic requirements to promote the combination of characteristic town construction and targeted poverty alleviation.The full text focuses on the integration and development,combined with the current status of Gaolan outdoor sports and leisure towns and the poverty status of villagers,and analyzes the impact and changes of Gaolan township construction on the lives of Gaolan villagers.According to the research,first,the construction of Gaolan outdoor sports and leisure town has begun to take shape,and the recent planning is in good condition.A large number of new tourism projects have been added,and the number of tourists has increased year by year,and the level of tourism income has increased;second,the use of Gaolan outdoor sports Opportunities for the construction of special leisure towns,through industrial integration,agricultural and travel integration and Internet integration,to promote the development of Gao Lan's economy and realize the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure;third,the construction of Gao Lan outdoor sports and leisure towns,introducing talents to Gao Lan Villagers provide technical skills training,provide educational guarantees,and accelerate villagers' ideological poverty alleviation.At the same time,it also provides a lot of employment opportunities and increases family income.Change thinking,and transform the way of poverty alleviation from blood transfusion to hematopoiesis.Currently,Gao Lan has completed the national poverty alleviation and hat-removal plan,and the targeted poverty alleviation has achieved significant results.Finally,Gao Lan's outdoor sports and leisure town construction has been completed.The relocation and beautiful village plan,while improving Gao Lan's living environment,also improved the overall quality and happiness of Gao Lan villagers.
