Strength quality,as the basis of other physical qualities, plays a great role in daily exercise and professional sports.Strength level will affect the development of other physical qualities to some extent.Sanda,as a combat event, has a high demand on the strength quality of the athletes, especially whether the leg strength is sufficient, which directly affects the movement, dodge, defense and attack of the athletes during the competition,at the same time, the strength of the leg also affects the striking effect of the legs during the competition. However, research has found that many of the means of strength development are disconnected from the specific purpose, and the effectiveness of training is relatively low.By comparing unilateral training and traditional strength training which are more in line with specific training, this study discussed whether unilateral training is more effective in improving lower limb strength of Sanda students. In this study,by using the method of literature, expert interview, questionnaire, experiment, observation and mathematical statistics,10 Sanda special students in Shandong Institute of Physical Education were divided into groups for 10 weeks of training,in which the experimental group was given unilateral resistance strength training, and the control group was given traditional bilateral resistance strength training. After listening to the advice of experts and combining with the special characteristics of Sanda,we selected the test index which can represent the lower limb strength of Sanda. After the results were measured,SPSS20.0 was used for analysis and processing, and the following results were obtained:1)After ten weeks of training, the experimental group before and after the experiment in the squat squat, standing triple leapfrog and 1 minute three representative general strength indexes and 20 seconds kick, about 20 seconds,kicking,20 seconds left heel kick a reverse layup,8 m 1 minute slam off players around and use frequency of eight representative on the special strength index and P are less than 0.05,There are significant differences; Before and after the experiment,P values of squat,three-stage standing frog jump,1-minute squat representing general strength indexes and 20-second left whip,20-second right whip and 1-minute 8-meter return race holding and falling dummy representing special strength indexes were all less than 0.05 in the control group, showing significant differences.2)After 10 weeks of intervention training, the P value of 20 seconds left whip,20 seconds right whip,20 seconds left kick and 20 seconds left kick was less than0.05 between the experimental group and the control group, showing significant differences.3)After 10 weeks of intervention training, the effect on the superior and inferior side legs was only shown in the index of the increment of the left kick leg in the experimental group, and the P value was less than 0.05,showing a significant difference. There was no significant difference between the two limbs in the control group.Through the above results, the following conclusions can be drawn:1)Both unilateral resistance training and traditional bilateral resistance training can improve the lower limb strength of Sanda students, and there is no significant difference between the two training methods.Unilateral resistance training is better than traditional bilateral resistance training in enhancing specific strength.2)Unilateral resistance training did not significantly improve the success rate of the legs of Sanja students, but significantly improved the frequency of using the legs; The traditional bilateral resistance training has no effect on the frequency and success rate of leg technique.3)Unilateral resistance training can improve the poor side of the whip and kick, improve the imbalance between the poor side and the dominant side of the two legs; Can improve the dominant side kick(related to technical characteristics);Traditional bilateral resistance training has no obvious effect on improving the superior and inferior leg techniques.
