Strength is an indispensable physical quality in basketball competitive sports.Pressure resistance training is a new strength training method at present. Its principle is mainly that the venous pool effect is generated by limiting the blood flow velocity at the end of limbs with special pressure instruments, which can stimulate the muscle growth of human body and improve the muscle fitness with lower load intensity. In this study, the effects of different pressure(150mm Hg,200 mm Hg,250 mm Hg)combined with unilateral resistance training on lower limb muscle circumference, maximum strength, explosive force, muscle endurance and other lower limb strength of basketball majors were discussed, and the similarities and differences between pressure resistance training and traditional unilateral training were compared,so as to find the best blood flow limiting pressure for muscle adaptation and provide some scientific theoretical basis for BFRT application in basketball special training. In this study,32 male students majoring in basketball in physical education of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education who meet the experimental requirements are selected. The main research methods are: literature review, expert interview, experiment and mathematical statistics. In the experiment,32 subjects are divided into four groups, with 8 students in each group.with 8 students in each group.Bulgaria one-leg squat training group with pressure of150 mm Hg combined with 50%1RM barbell(BFRT-1),Bulgaria one-leg squat training group with pressure of 200 mm Hg combined with 50%1RM barbell(BFRT-2),Bulgaria one-leg squat training group with pressure of 250 mm Hg combined with 50%1RM barbell(BFRT-3),The experimental intervention process of Bulgaria one-leg squat training group(control group)without 50%1RM barbell is consistent in each group, with the experimental period of 10 weeks and the experimental intervention training of 8 weeks. The training time is fixed at 3times a week on Mondays,Wednesdays and Fridays, with 5 training groups each time and 6times in each group. The maximum strength of lower limbs(squat maximum strength, squat maximum strength with one leg)of 32 basketball majors before and after training intervention respectively;Explosive force(standing long jump,in-situ double-foot bounce,run-up double-foot bounce,run-up single-foot bounce);Endurance(50% squat 1RM weight ×maximum repetition times)and other indicators were tested. Then, the correlation statistical method is used to compare the experimental data within and between groups to obtain the experimental results, and the following conclusions are drawn through analysis and discussion:Research conclusion:(1)After 8 weeks training with different pressures combined with unilateral resistance, the effect of unilateral resistance training with pressure is better than that without pressure. The training effect of unilateral resistance training with pressure in the range of200 mm Hg~250mm Hg is better.(2)After 8 weeks of basketball majors’ unilateral resistance training under different pressures, the unilateral resistance training with a pressure of 150 mm Hg has the best effect on the maximum strength of squat. However,in the increase of the maximum strength of squatting on one leg,the pressure value of 250 mm Hg combined with unilateral resistance training is the best.(3)After 8 weeks of different pressures combined with unilateral resistance training for basketball majors, for the growth of lower limb muscle endurance, the unilateral resistance training with the pressure value of 150 mm Hg can greatly improve the lower limb muscle endurance.(4)After eight weeks of different pressures combined with unilateral resistance training for basketball majors, for the growth of lower limb explosiveness, unilateral resistance training with pressure of 150 mm Hg has the best training effect on horizontal explosiveness, and unilateral resistance training with pressure of 250 mm Hg has the best training effect on vertical explosiveness. |
