Health is an eternal study concerning the sustainable development of all mankind.People’s health is an important symbol of the prosperity of a nation and a country.The public’s demand for a healthy life is increasing year by year.How to meet the health needs of a large number of people and how to guide people to carry out scientific exercise to promote health through scientific methods has become a hot social issue.Therefore,this study aims to enrich the theory and technology research of traditional physical health methods by excavating and arranging the sources of Sun Simiao’s 13 health methods,and continuously add new technical content for the national fitness,broaden new communication routes,and offer suggestions for the national fitness project.Logical analysis method to study the historical origin and development of Sun Simiao’s 13 methods of keeping in good health,and extends to the study of Sun Simiao’s 13 methods of keeping in good health in terms of traditional Chinese medicine theory,the content,the characteristics and the functions of the methods.1.By sun simiao health ten three historical origin,the study found that sun simiao regimen 13 laws is sun simiao in previous related work,such as holding tastes,raises a gender life record,the pathogenic theory of syndrome)summary of refining,in combination with its own social life and practice at the same time,summarized compilation and integrated into the daily life health care method.2.Sun Simiao’s thirteen methods of keeping in good health are not only based on the source and development,but also on the basic contents.The basic contents of Kungfu method mainly include:(1)the method of breathing naturally,the method of breathing by stomach,the method of breathing by outline and the method of breathing by stopping and breathing;(2)the method of breathing mainly adopts the process of mental movement,body parts of mental thought and thinking.The characteristics of Kungfu can be summarized as follows:(1)whole body exercise,moving and orderly;(2)moving with each other,moving to help the rest;(3)simple and easy to practice,stress practical results.The functions of Gong Fa can be summarized as follows:(1)stretching body warming up,removing inertia and promoting connection;(2)smoothing channels and collaterals,promoting Qi and blood;(3)balancing Yin and Yang and harmonizing zang-fu organs.In addition,Sun Simiao’s 13 ways of keeping in good health can be practiced not only in a fixed place and time,but also in people’s Daily Work and travel.3.Sun Simiao’s 13 health preservation methods are closely related to the traditional Chinese culture of Taoism,qi and blood in traditional Chinese medicine.It is of reference significance to systematically discuss the role of health preservation in human body science in traditional Chinese medicine.In this paper,Sun Simiao’s 13 methods of keeping plays a positive role in meeting the needs of the national fitness,carrying forward excellent traditional culture and promoting cultural confidence.
