Research On Sports And Cultural Exchanges Between China, Mongolia And Russia In The Context Of "One Belt, One Road"

The "Belt and Road" initiative has become a popular public product and platform for international cooperation.In the construction of people-to-people exchanges among countries along the "Belt and Road",sports exchanges have played an important role as an important part of promoting humanistic exchanges.Mongolia and the Russian Federation,as important neighbours to the north of China,are important partners in the "Belt and Road" initiative,which has been proposed for nearly ten years."Therefore,the article takes the sports and cultural exchanges between China and Mongolia and the Russian Federation under the background of "One Belt and One Road" as the research object,The article takes the current situation of sports and cultural exchanges between China,Mongolia and the Russian Federation under the background of "One Belt,One Road" as the research object,and contributes to further promote sports and cultural exchanges between the three countries through literature,textual analysis,questionnaire interviews and logical analysis.The study concludes that 1.China,Mongolia and Russia have a profound foundation for sports and cultural exchanges,with the following conditions: the three countries are geographically close to each other and have close cultural ties;the three countries have stable national relations and have formed strategic partnerships with each other;all three countries attach importance to the development of their respective sports;and the three countries have complementary advantages in sports resources.2.The increasingly close sports and cultural exchanges between China,Mongolia and Russia in the context of "One Belt,One Road" are manifested in the following ways: the policies of China,Mongolia and Russia in the field of sports cooperation have become more detailed;several sports-related organisations have been established between the three countries to promote sports and cultural exchanges and cooperation with each other;the sports events of the three countries have become more frequent and the projects have become richer;and various sports and cultural exchange activities of the three countries have become more frequent;Various sports and cultural exchange activities have gradually become normalised;Confucius Institutes and overseas Chinese cultural centres have become the main platforms for China’s sports and cultural exports to Mongolia and Russia;sports and cultural exchanges between the three countries have become more diverse and involve many fields.3.The main achievements of sports and cultural exchanges between China,Mongolia and Russia in the context of "One Belt,One Road" include: the sinking of the participating subjects and the diversification of levels;the expansion of the exchange fields and the tendency to go deeper;the enrichment of sports events and the diversification of types;the variety of exchange platforms and the gradual establishment of mechanisms.4.There are some problems with the sports and cultural exchanges between China,Mongolia and Russia in the context of the Belt and Road:the three countries lack a long-term sports exchange mechanism;the participation of the people of the three countries is not very active,and the organisation of related activities is still officially dominated;the sports exchange field is wide but not deep,and many exchanges are temporary and irregular,lacking a stable mechanism;the choice of sports and cultural exchange projects is single,and the sports events carried out are mostly modern The scope of sports and cultural exchange is limited,mostly confined to the border areas of China,Mongolia and Russia.There is a shortage of sports and cultural exchange talents,especially in the field of sports translation and scientific research.5.The reasons limiting sports and cultural exchange between China,Mongolia and Russia are: the difference in the comprehensive strength of sports in China,Mongolia and Russia;the difference in the perception of the people of China,Mongolia and Russia;and the interference of the international environment.6.The measures to promote sports and cultural exchanges between China,Mongolia and Russia are: consolidate official exchanges and build a regular cooperation mechanism;support the strength of the private sector and form an exchange pattern between the government and the people;expand the areas of cooperation and achieve complementary advantages in all aspects;enrich the content of activities and focus on the new vitality of traditional sports;build an exchange platform and expand the coverage of audience groups;strengthen the support of talents and forge a high-level talent team.
