Study On The Problem Of Nurseries For 0-3 Years Old Infants In Shenyang City

After the policy of "comprehensive.two children" is cold,the problem.of child care gradually enters people’s vision.Investment.in infants and children will get the maximum human.capital income.The State Council attaches great importance to the development of infants and children,and integrates "children have children" into the protection of.people’s livelihood.Shenyang City has issued the plan of promoting the development of infant care service for children aged 3 years old by Shenyang in 2020.It is clearly proposed that by 2025,the infant.care service system of "diversification and diversification" will be formed in the whole city.At present,the infant care and education service.in Shenyang is in the initial.stage.Therefore,it is helpful to clarify the practical problems of infant.care in Shenyang and put forward suggestions for improvement,which is conducive to improving the present situation.of infant.care and further improving the service system of infant care.This paper uses the literature method to sort out the literature of the domestic and foreign nursing service,and on this basis,defines the basic concept of 0-3-year-old infant and child care,and expounds the related and theoretical aspects of infant and child care.Based on the theory of welfare pluralism,theory and social support,the basic living conditions and needs of 0-3-year-old infants in Shenyang City are.studied by questionnaire survey.Interview method.is used to visit the nursing institutions on the spot.to understand the status of the supply of 0-3-year-old infants and children care services in Shenyang,It is found that.there are some problems in the nursing service of0-3-year-old infants in Shenyang City,such as single form of.care service,uneven hardware facilities in the institutions,confusion of the contents of the care service,low certificate holding rate of the nurses and the lack of professional..knowledge of teachers.The reasons behind it.are explored and the following suggestions are put forward: to construct a diversified and diversified service supply system;Improve the management system of the nursing service.institutions;To formulate the standards of the industry of nursing service and improve the supervision and evaluation system;Strengthen the construction.of the support service team.To promote the development.of 0-3 year-old infant care service in Shenyang,and to build.a friendly city for 0-3-year-old infant care.
