Important goals.One of the ways to get rich is to secure employment for residents to stabilize their income.For relocated residents with a relatively low overall cultural level,enhancing their competitiveness in the job market through skills training and other methods is an effective way to solve the livelihood problems of relocated residents.Community education is one of the important ways to improve the overall quality of residents in my country’s grassroots communities.This study will explore the role of cultivating residents’ employment skills on their stable employment from the perspective of community education.The article uses case studies in qualitative research to The chef skills training project carried out by Y community is a case study.Through participating in the whole process of the project,it analyzes the important role of community education in improving the employment of residents,and reflects on the practice path of community education to improve the employment of residents,and clarifies that community education is in the community.Practical significance in governance.Through the research of the chef training process,the article finds that chef training has different degrees of problems.The problems are mainly reflected in the policy and the awareness of community residents.The policy is mainly that the follow-up employment security of the residents participating in the training is not sound;the community of the community Educational form,content and subject are single;policy implementation has deviations,training resources are scattered,etc.In terms of the awareness of community residents,it is found that residents have insufficient understanding of the role and significance of community education,and lack the enthusiasm to improve their own skills in order to obtain stable work.In response to the problems found in the research,this article puts forward the following suggestions: First,improve the policy supervision and evaluation mechanism;Second,fully develop the resources available in the community and increase the enthusiasm of residents to participate in learning;Third,strengthen community professional talents while paying close attention to the training of practical skills on the job;The fourth is to develop the resources available to the community.Through the strong support of national policies and the active cooperation of community residents,improving the employment skills of residents and stabilizing their economic income is a feasible path for the relocated communities to achieve the goal of "stable housing and get rich". |
