| During the period of poverty alleviation,the rural poor everywhere enjoy the relocation policy of poverty alleviation and move into towns,and form a multi-ethnic mixed living community dominated by impoverished people.The people are the main body of the community,and the improvement of people’s awareness of the rule of law is the premise and guarantee of the legalization of community governance.Therefore,exploring the problems and countermeasures of improving people’s awareness of the rule of law is very important theoretical and practical significance for the integration and adaptation of people in relocated communities to the rule of law management in the post poverty alleviation era,accelerating the construction of community rule of law and promoting the strategy of ruling the country by law.This research participated in various activities carried out by social work service stations and communities,used interviews and questionnaires to understand the current situation and needs of people’s awareness of the rule of law,and used group work to intervene and study the improvement of people’s awareness of the rule of law from the perspective of sociological theory,combined with social learning theory and group work motivation theory.Through six group activities,questionnaire tests were conducted on the team members before,during and after the activities,combined with interviews.Through comparison,it was concluded that the team members’ awareness of the rule of law has been significantly improved before and after the activities.Finally,it evaluates the process and results of group work intervention research,deeply carries out the satisfaction survey of team members,and further explores and enriches the research in this field through summary and reflection.This research is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly describes the research background,significance and methods,domestic and foreign literature review and relevant concepts and theoretical definitions,and expounds the relationship between the improvement of people’s awareness of the rule of law as the basis of community rule of law governance and the requirements of people’s knowledge,compliance,learning and usage of the law.The second part is the basic status and needs of the people’s awareness of the rule of law in the relocation community of ex situ poverty alleviation and the advantages of group work intervention.Through interviews and questionnaires,we understand the weak status of the people’s awareness of the rule of law and the people’s needs for the promotion of the awareness of the rule of law,and analyze the advantages of group work intervention.The third part is the group work involved in the process of studying the improvement of people’s awareness of the rule of law.Through the five stages of group preparation,formation,transformation,maturity and completion and six group activities,through interviews,tests and comparisons,it is concluded that the members’ awareness of knowing,abiding by,learning and using the law has been significantly improved in the process of activities.The fourth part is the evaluation of group work intervention research,which comprehensively analyzes the process evaluation and result evaluation of group work intervention research.The fifth part is the conclusion and reflection,which summarizes the research on group work intervention from many aspects,refines the experience of group work intervention in improving the people’s awareness of the rule of law in ex situ poverty alleviation and relocation communities,summarizes the research methods,and reflects on the limitations of group intervention research and the links that need to be further improvement. |
