| Strengthening the work of controlling dropouts and reducing school dropouts and hidden dropouts due to non-intellectual factors is an important task for improving the level of compulsory education in Qinghai Province.In recent years,S State has always adhered to the strategic position of giving priority to the development of education.The results of compulsory education control dropout and school retention have become increasingly significant,and the consolidation rate of nine-year compulsory education has increased year by year.However,the problem of dropout is still relatively prominent in developed areas.Therefore,increasing the level of control dropout in S state and reducing the dropout rate of students is a manifestation of the balanced development of compulsory education,and it is also a requirement of education for poverty alleviation.Taking S state as an example,this paper conducts an in-depth investigation and research on the problem of students dropping out of compulsory education in pastoral areas,and analyzes the reasons for the problem of students dropping out,and proposes effective strategies to solve the problem.The purpose of this article is to improve the level of compulsory education in Qinghai pastoral areas to control dropouts,promote the government to further improve compulsory education policies,and promote the healthy development of compulsory education in Qinghai pastoral areas.This article uses literature method,questionnaire method,interview method and other research methods to investigate the general situation of compulsory education in S state,the situation of students dropping out of school in compulsory education,the situation of dropout families,the situation of schools and teachers.Secondly,it analyzes the reasons for students dropping out of school during compulsory education in S state from the aspects of students themselves,families,schools,and society.Mainly: In terms of students themselves,their learning attitude and understanding are not correct,students lack good study habits,they are not interested in learning,and they are tired of learning.In terms of families,parents have misconceptions about their children’s schooling,children from many-child families drop out of school prominently,and family poverty has aggravated their dropouts;in schools,dropouts are under greater pressure to persuade them to return to work,lack of school management,and poor education evaluation systems.Perfect and weak teachers;socially,it is greatly affected by customs and living environment,the education responsibilities of governments at all levels are not fulfilled in place,and the enforcement of education policies and regulations is weak.Finally,in view of the existing problems and reasons,the countermeasures to the problem of students dropping out of compulsory education in Qinghai pastoral area are put forward.Mainly: First,we must strengthen quality control dropouts and improve the high-quality compulsory education system in pastoral areas.We will manage the “placement of teaching sites” and “compensation classes” for dropouts,strengthen school management standards and education and teaching reforms,optimize the curriculum and education evaluation system,and strengthen the construction of the teaching staff.Second,we must strengthen the management and control of dropouts,and strengthen the intervention in the control of dropouts and school protection.Strengthen the government’s education function,implement education policies and regulations,focus on education for poverty alleviation,and strengthen funding guarantees and the implementation of education subsidies.Third,we must strengthen ideological control and correct the cognition of students and parents.Correct students’ learning attitude,cultivate students’ learning interest and study habits,strengthen students’ psychological counseling,and strengthen the ideological education work of parents and monasteries. |
