Teachers’ construction always been one of the themes of nationaleducation, whether it is the development of the school or the student’sprogress is a noble morality, business skills of teachers as a guarantee.Especially compulsory education in our country, the construction of teachersis particularly important in recent years, our Government, through a series ofmeasures, some prominent contradictions plaguing the construction ofprimary and secondary teachers have been in remission, compulsory primaryand secondary school teachers education, structure, level, quality, continuousimprovement of the social status of teachers also increased year by year.However, the education reform is still on the building of teachers with ahigher demand, which is compatible with the development of society, we cansay that the teachers of the building is still one of the priorities of the nationaleducation reform in the future for a long period of time.In this thesis, the East River District, Baotou City, the stage ofcompulsory education teachers for the study, through analysis of its presentsituation and problems, the countermeasures. The article first described theresearch at home and abroad in respect of Teachers, as a reference basis forthis study; study and then on the East River District, Baotou City, theconstruction history of the stage of compulsory education teachers, which canbe seen that the East River District teachers continue to progress and reformin the decades of changes made brilliant achievements, which are thefoundation for the future construction of the teachers in the district; make fulluse of the questionnaire survey and interviews, on the East River investigationand analysis of the status of compulsory education in teachers, and explorethe problems in terms of team structure, teacher training, teacher treatmentand liquidity, teachers, physical and mental condition; the last with the summarized method is proposed to solve the above problems specificmeasures in order to enhance the level of the East River District, theconstruction of teachers in compulsory education stage.
