Study On The Coordinated Development Of Population Urbanization And Land Urbanization In Xining

Based on the law of Urbanization Development,when urbanization enters the stage of accelerated development,it will attract a large number of industries to gather in cities and towns,and the gathering of industries will increase the demand for labor,which will cause a large number of surplus rural labor to shift to cities and towns,thus promoted the development of population urbanization.At the same time,when a large number of rural people come to cities and towns,it will lead to the increase of urban residential area,the increase of public infrastructure land and the expansion of industrial land scale,which to a certain extent accelerated the development of land urbanization.Population Urbanization and land urbanization are two major subsystems of the urbanization system,and the coordinated development of the two is to some extent related to the stability and healthy development of the social economy,therefore,it is very important to explore how to promote the coordinated development of population urbanization and land urbanization.As the capital city of Qinghai Province,Xining is in an important period of rapid economic and social development and industrial structure transformation and upgrading.Although Xining’s urbanization rate is now 72.85% and has entered a stable stage of urbanization,the overall quality of urbanization is quite different from that of coastal cities such as the east,meanwhile,in the process of urbanization in Xining,the two subsystems of population urbanization and land urbanization are not in harmony.In order to study the coordination between population urbanization and land urbanization in Xining,this paper first evaluates and analyzes the coordination degree,coupling degree and the level of coordinated development from the angle of time by using the coupling coordination model Secondly,the coordinated development level of population and land urbanization in Xining in the next five years is predicted by using grey forecasting model Secondly,it explores the main reasons that affect the coordinated development level of population urbanization and land urbanization in Xining,and finally puts forward some policy suggestions to improve the coordinated development level of population urbanization and land urbanization in Xining.The results show that:(1)from 2009 to 2018,the coupling degree,development degree and coordinated development degree of population urbanization and land urbanization in Xining are on the rise,the overall coordinated development of the two has gradually developed in a good coordinated direction,but there are still land urbanization faster than population urbanization is not coordinated state.(2)from the forecast results,we can see that in the next five years,the coordinated development level of population and land urbanization in Xining has been increasing year by year,and the level of coupling coordination has also been increasing.(3)the "double-side effect" of the dual land system in Xining,the excessively high house price,the industrial structure and the household registration system are the main factors that affect the coordinated development of population and land urbanization in Xining.(4)finally,in view of the above factors,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as perfecting the land system,controlling the housing price,adjusting the industrial structure and deepening the reform of the household registration system.
