The Research On Coordinated Development Of Population Urbanization And Land Urbanization In Shanxi Province

As a central province,Shanxi has long relied on the development of resource industries,and its urbanization process has also been seriously affected.The problems exposed in the inefficient spread of urban land,pollution of industrial and mining wasteland,and inadequate living security of residents have become more serious.In the era of the province's resource-based economy transformation,how to get rid of the dependence of the old urbanization development and realize the coordinated development of population urbanization and land urbanization is particularly necessary.Based on this,this paper takes the population urbanization and land urbanization of Shanxi Province as the research object,through the evaluation and analysis of the coordination relationship between the two,finds the key influencing factors,proposes corresponding policy recommendations,and transforms the resource-based economy in Shanxi.The development of urbanization has important theoretical and practical significance.Firstly,on the basis of the connotation of population urbanization and land urbanization,the evaluation index system of population and land urbanization is constructed,and the entropy method is used to give weight to measure and evaluate the urbanization status of 11 cities in Shanxi Province from 2007 to 2016.The research results show that the population urbanization level and land urbanization level of Shanxi Province are on the whole on the rise,the land urbanization level gap between cities is large,and the population urbanization level gap is small.Then,through the construction of the coordination coupling degree model,the coupling coordination degree between population urbanization and land urbanization development in Shanxi Province in 2007-2016 is calculated.The results show that the level of population urbanization and land urbanization in Shanxi Province in 2007-2016 is low,but overall it shows a good development trend.Among them,the development of population and land urbanization in Shanxi Province was in a state of imbalance between 2007 and 2012,which was mainly manifested by the serious lag of land development over population development.From 2013 to 2016,the urbanization of population and land in Shanxi Province has entered a coordinated state,but it is still in a primary coordinated state,which is mainly manifested by the fact that land development is faster than population development.Thirdly,econometric model is used to study the influencing factors of coordination relationship,and the reasons behind it are analyzed.It can be seen that: the level of economic development,income gap between urban and rural residents,industrial structure,population density,fixed assets investment,economic openness and financial scale have a significant impact on the coordinated relationship between population and land urbanization in Shanxi Province.Among them,the level of economic development,population density and fixed assets investment play an important role in promoting the coordinated development of population urbanization and land urbanization in Shanxi Province,while the disposable income,industrial structure,economic openness and financial scale of urban and rural residents restrict the coordinated development of population urbanization and land urbanization in Shanxi Province.Finally,according to the results of empirical research,the conclusions and suggestions of the paper are put forward.
