Research On Influencing Factors Of Chinese High-level Tennis Umpires’ Performance Efficiency Based On Qualitative Analysis

Objective:To conclude,summarize,analyze and deduce the influence factors of cutting efficiency of our country’s high level tennis referees in order to find the comprehensive index to affect the high level tennis referees in our country.Methods:Using interview methods,documentation methods,questionnaire methods,and mathematical statistics methods to conduct a qualitative analysis of the infuential factors of high level tennis referees in our country,so as to provide theoretical reference for the trainingand improvement of performance of Chinese tennis referees,in order to make more and more high level tennis referees in our country become the world stage.Conclusion:Through the qualitative research on the factors affecting the efficiency of Chinese high level tennis referees,with the interviewee as the tool of this research,the collected interview data are encoded,and the factors affecting the efficiency of ball referees are analyzed and sorted out,including the decision-making ability,physical and mental conditions and executive experience.(1)Decision making ability can be divided into two levels:game control and penalty judgment ability.Game control is communication,gesture call and response,and team cooperation,while penalty judgment ability is fair and accurate,serious,confident and bold,with a total of 6 micro influencing factors.Among them,communication,fairness and accuracy,confidence and courage are the most frequently mentioned and most frequently appeared factors in the interview with interviewees,which belong to the core influencing factors.(2)Physical and mental conditions are divided into two levels,namely physical fitness and psychological adjustment.Physical fitness is divided into injury overcoming,physical maintenance and state adjustment,while psychological adjustment is divided into anti-interference ability,target mechanism and pressure coping.Among them,anti-interference ability and pressure coping are the factors mentioned most frequently and most requently in the interview with interviewees,which belong to the core influencing factors.(3)Referee experience is divided into two levels,namely game reading and business ability.Game reading is divided into player feedback,competition level and competition system type,and business ability is divided into successful accumulation,rule control and pre-match preparation.with a total of six micro-influencing factors.Among them,player feedback and rule control are the factors mentioned most frequently and most frequently in the interview with interviewees,and they are the core influencing factors.Suggestions:(1)Enhance the ability of referees to solve problems through communication and reduce the occurrence of accidents.In dealing with the facts is to be confident and bold,fair and just to ensure the referee’s authority to ensure the smooth progress of the game.(2)Enhance the anti-interference ability and pressure coping ability of tennis referees.They can comprehensively adjust,reflect and face up to their own decisions to improve their psychological skills through pre-match preparation,in-match adjustment and post-match summary.(3)Persistent study of tennis theory knowledge,tennis referee law and competition rules,and timely update their knowledge,enhance their professional quality,according to the shortcomings of their own referee ability to improve.
