The Practical Research Of Motivation Interview Method In Community Drug Rehabilitation Case Counseling For Generation Z Youth

Generation Z is known as the online generation of teenagers,and they are somewhat different from the average teenagers in drug use,drug use cognition,and drug use behavior.When social work is involved in the practice of community drug rehabilitation and rehabilitation,it should be targeted at their physical and mental characteristics,and provide precise assistance and healing in order to achieve real results.This research is based on the characteristics of the youth drug addicts of Generation Z,taking the dominant perspective as the main theoretical basis,relying on the practical work of rehabilitation and rehabilitation carried out by the social work organization of Foshan City,taking the city’s community drug rehabilitation worker A ming as an example to try to adopt motivations The interview method explores the applicability of this method in this special group.This research first analyzed A Ming’s personal background information and social relationship structure,and designed a service plan based on his physical and mental characteristics.Secondly,a total of 14 interviews and counseling were conducted before and after mainly using case work to help them change their misconceptions and strengthen their belief in drug rehabilitation.Finally,it reflected on the whole case and put forward preliminary countermeasures.The preliminary conclusions drawn from this study are: First,the motivational interview method has good applicability to the detoxification of generation Z youths;second,grasp the internal psychology and external characteristics of the network of generation Z youths to accurately communicate;third,focus on equality and respect Personality,encouragement;the fourth is to play the leading role of peer groups.This study also found some problems,mainly because it is difficult to clearly grasp the specific boundaries of the six stages of practical operation of the motivational interview method;all relying on interviews has certain defects;general anti-drug social workers lack network culture understanding and may cause communication barriers.In the end,this study puts forward preliminary countermeasures,and we look forward to follow-up studies and related policies issued by the state.
