The enterprise practice system of secondary vocational school teachers is an important carrier to cultivate the "double teacher" ability of secondary vocational school teachers,which helps to build a perfect secondary vocational education mechanism.At present,with the high attention and effective support of the party and the state,the enterprise practice system of secondary vocational school teachers has been promoted and improved rapidly.However,the problems in the specific implementation process have also aroused the general attention of the society.Therefore,based on the practical situation of secondary vocational school teachers’ enterprise practice system,the author carries out a comprehensive analysis in order to form a thorough and clear understanding of it.With the help of literature review method and practice research method,this paper takes the social research of six secondary vocational schools in Guangxi as a case to deeply explore the deficiencies in the implementation of secondary vocational school teachers’ enterprise practice system.Firstly,the author has carried out a comprehensive discussion on secondary vocational schools,teacher’s enterprise practice system and other related concepts,and on the basis of literature review,systematically summarizes the incentive theory,learning transfer theory and so on,analyzes the research framework and research methods,so as to lay a solid theoretical foundation for effectively promoting the research work.Secondly,focusing on the construction of the system,and based on the importance of secondary vocational school teachers’ enterprise practice system,this paper analyzes the theoretical root of the system function,and realizes the in-depth analysis of the combination of theoretical research and practical function.Thirdly,based on actual effect of system function,this paper studies the actual situation of secondary vocational schools in Guangxi by means of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview.From the perspective of problem consciousness,this paper comprehensively analyzes the root causes of problems in the current secondary vocational school teacher’s enterprise practice system,so as to make a systematic summary and comprehensive induction.Fourthly,on the basis of the previous research,starting from the actual situation of China,based on the four angles of the state,schools,enterprises and teachers,this paper explores the effective countermeasures for the good implementation of secondary vocational school teachers’ enterprise practice system,and contributes new ideas and opinions for the relevant research.This paper comprehensively analyzes the specific situation of the current secondary vocational school teachers’ enterprise practice system function.On the basis of a scientific grasp of its main content,a comprehensive analysis is carried out according to its shortcomings,and the reasons behind it are grasped,so as to explore reasonable measures for the good development of the enterprise practice system for teachers in secondary vocational schools.It is expected to produce practical significance for the comprehensive quality training of secondary vocational school teachers,the enhancement of their teaching ability and the new teaching reform.
