In recent years,with the rise of emerging technologies,such as artificial intelligence(AI),big data and 5G,B-Learning has become a trend of reform in high education.And evaluation plays a significant role in teaching activities.Thus,how to evaluate students’ learning objectively and accurately in B-Learning is a major issue in educational research currently.On the basis of the current situation of students’ learning evaluation under B-Learning,through the guidance of relevant theoretical knowledge and existing achievements,combined with the practical teaching experience,this thesis makes the index of students’ learning process evaluation under B-Learning based on the course “Education and Practice of Innovation and Entrepreneurship” by Delphi Method,And based on this,this thesis puts forward the mode “Integration of Learning and Evaluation” under B-Learning and develops the learning portfolio system “Micro File”.Based on the course “Education and Practice of Innovation and Entrepreneurship” with B-Learning in the university,this thesis carries out a research of practical application with a period of half a year,which adopts the quasi experimental research method.In the research,selects two parallel classes taught by the same teacher as the control class and the experimental class,while the traditional evaluation system and the students’ learning process evaluation system under B-Learning are used to carry out teaching and evaluation respectively.Firstly,some students in the experimental class are taken as the research objects to understand whether the evaluation results are in line with the students’ real performance;Secondly,the results of the two classes are compared to analyze the effectiveness and rationality of the students’ learning process evaluation system under B-Learning;In addition,through questionnaire and interview,the process of using the learning portfolio system “Micro File” is analyzed to make a survey about who used “Micro File”--9 teachers and 324 students in 6 classes with high using frequency,so as to analyze the feasibility of this learning portfolio system.Results of the research show that the evaluation system can objectively,reasonably and fairly reflect the students’ learning performance under B-Learning.The evaluation system covers a wide range,which can meet the needs of talent cultivation of the course “Education and Practice of Innovation and Entrepreneurship”.And,the learning portfolio system“Micro File” runs stably,which can ensure the smoothness of students’ learning process evaluation under B-Learning.At the same time,it can reduce the burden of teachers and promote the evaluation effectively.Results of the evaluation system of students’ learning process under B-Learning proposed in this research can be used as the evaluation standard for B-Learning of the course” “Education and Practice of Innovation and Entrepreneurship” in this university.The learning portfolio system “Micro File”can continue to serve teachers and students,while provide reference for other researchers to carry out relevant research.
