| With the development of society,enterprises need to provide quality services in addition to providing quality products,while for private education institutions mainly provide quality education products and quality for students and parents campus logistics services.Taking JL Education Group as an example,this paper focuses on the service performance of the group’s logistics department,and improves the service performance and service ability of the group based on the results of the service performance evaluation.The paper first constructed the service performance evaluation index system of JL Education Group,mainly including campus daily management,operating benefit,service quality,service staff,service team and service information degree.Secondly,single-case evaluation and comparison of JL Education Group using entropy method,and then found the problems and advantages of JL Education Group in service performance,and finally,propose corresponding countermeasures to improve the service performance and service ability of JL Education Group.The following conclusions are mainly obtained through the paper study:(1)The service performance of the logistics department of JL Education Group mainly has certain advantages in the service informatization degree and business benefits,among which the service informatization degree is the most obvious.The service performance disadvantage and shortage of JL Education Group are mainly reflected in: the overall service performance growth decline,the bottleneck in the future;the campus daily management is not refined;the quality of service work needs to be further improved;the training mechanism is not perfect;the overall comprehensive service performance has no obvious advantage over the competitors.(2)Based on the disadvantages and deficiencies of JL Education Group in the above service performance evaluation,this paper puts forward suggestions on improving the degree of internal management of campus refinement,improving the overall logistics service quality through multiple channels,strengthening the construction of logistics service personnel,and paying great importance to the supporting support of logistics services.Based on the results of service performance evaluation,the paper proposes some targeted countermeasures and suggestions to help improve the comprehensive service performance of JL Education Group,which can better promote the development of JL Education Group,and also improve the comprehensive service capacity of JL Education Group,so as to provide more perfect logistics services for JL Education Group. |
