The essence of vocational education is to realize the combination of people and occupations.Through the integration of production and education,students can combine with occupations and smoothly transition to the field of work,so as to better meet the needs of industrial upgrading.Curriculum plays a central role in personnel training,and curriculum development is one of the important links in the development of vocational education.While implementing the national planning curriculum,vocational colleges can better promote the integration of production and education based on the needs of social development if they increase cooperation with enterprises and industries and jointly develop school-based curriculum.This paper takes the school-based curriculum of "Telemarketing of Financial Products" in Guangzhou Vocational School of Finance and Business as an example.The paper introduces the development and implementation of school-based curriculum based on the integration of production and education,and investigates graduates,enterprise experts and professional teachers in schools by means of questionnaire survey and interview,analyzes the implementation effect of school-based curriculum,and discusses the significance and reference mode of school-based curriculum development based on the integration of production and education.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The teaching situation based on practical work and school-based teaching materials strengthen the unity of students’ theory and practice and the cultivation of professional ability.Introducing the real business and operating system of enterprises into the course teaching,equipping the training room with enterprise working equipment,and setting up post performance evaluation with reference to enterprise performance evaluation methods can increase students’ professional experience and exercise their professional ability,which will help students adapt to their jobs faster and better after entering the society.On the basis of considering students’ characteristics and existing professional theoretical knowledge,the school-based textbook "Telemarketing of Financial Products" is based on jobs,designs learning tasks according to actual work and business operations,takes practice as the guide,takes tasks as the guide,and gradually cultivates students’ professional ability.(2)School-based curriculum development and school-based textbook compilation promote the professional development of teachers in schools.First,professional teachers and enterprise experts in the school jointly participate in curriculum development;Through communication with enterprise experts,teachers have improved the practical ability of enterprises,gained more understanding of the dynamic development of the industry,and promoted the development of practical ability and professional ability;Second,the compilation of school-based textbooks has improved teachers’ ability to use curriculum theory to conduct research and integrate information.(3)Based on the analysis of the school-based curriculum development and implementation of Financial Product Telemarketing,the "enterprise-school cooperation" model of school-based curriculum development based on the integration of industry and education is summarized.The specific content is as follows: In order to construct the curriculum structure,the school conducts vocational analysis and task analysis in the form of symbiums with experts from enterprises,adopts the "dual tutor" system with enterprise teachers as the main teacher and professional teachers on campus to assist management,and conducts teaching with real business as the carrier to cultivate students’ vocational ability.To sum up,the school-based curriculum development model of "Telemarketing of Financial Products" has achieved good results,which is helpful to improve students’ professional ability and promote teachers’ professional development.This curriculum is an empirical case of school-based curriculum development in secondary vocational education based on the integration of production and education,which provides experience and ideas for the development practice of other school-based curriculum in secondary vocational education under the background of integration of production and education.
