| With the deepening of the reform of vocational education and teaching in the country,new talent training models such as the integration of production and education and the integration of competition and education have gradually been mentioned.After learning,you can have the ability to participate in competitions,and "integration of industry and education" emphasizes the process of school-enterprise cooperation.However,there are many problems in both competition and education integration.First,competition and education integration is faced with how to combine teaching and competition.Second,the integration of industry and education often has problems such as the obvious phenomenon of school-enterprise cooperation,and the single way of school-enterprise cooperation,and the "integration of industry,competition and education" integrates the advantages of the three parties to form a joint force for industry and education.The integration of teaching and competition teaching provides new ideas.The hotel carries the two functions of people’s food and housing.Among them,catering,as the main income-generating department,has higher demands on the cultivation of talents due to the characteristics and special work of the post."Catering Service and Management",as the core professional course of secondary vocational hotel,undertakes the function of cultivating talents with professional ability and professional quality for the industry.This study selects students and teachers majoring in the operation and management of high-star hotels in secondary vocational schools as the main research objects;using literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,etc.The teaching status,difficulties and main ways of the integration of "catering service and management" and "production,competition and education" for management majors.This research is divided into six main parts.The first part is the conceptual connotation of the integration of production,competition and education.It expounds the connotation and theoretical basis of the integration of production,competition and education.It is divided into four aspects: demand integration,standard integration,process integration and evaluation integration Build the teaching dimension of the integration of production,competition and education.The second part is to analyze the current situation of the teaching of "Catering Service and Management" in the hotel major in secondary vocational schools from the perspective of the integration of production,competition and education,mainly through the four dimensions of integration of production,competition,education,process integration and evaluation integration.And the survey found that the demand for the integration of production,competition and education is difficult to meet,the integration of standards is insufficient,the integration of process and evaluation is lacking.The third part,through the systematic analysis of the questionnaire survey results and interview materials,finds that the integration of production,competition and teaching exists in the teaching objectives,teaching conditions,teaching process and teaching evaluation: insufficient integration of teaching resource needs,integration of teaching content,teachers and teaching methods Insufficient and backward evaluation methods.The fourth part aims at the problems existing in the integration of production,competition and education,and analyzes the causes of the problems from five aspects: enterprises,schools,teachers,competition mechanisms and students.The main reasons are the lack of recognition of the integration of production,competition and education,the lack of teachers’ teaching ability,and the lack of students’ preparation for the integration of production and competition into teaching.The fifth part mainly combines the teaching status and reasons of the integration of production,competition and education in secondary vocational liquor specialty.The sixth part mainly selects the content of the Chinese banquet service module in "Catering Service and Management" to design the teaching example of the integration of production,competition and education. |
