Individualized teaching is learner-centered teaching,which is suitable for students’ individual needs.Due to the differences between secondary vocational students,it cannot meet the individual needs of students,and it exposes the disadvantages of traditional classroom teaching in secondary vocational schools.The Information Technology course is a public basic course for secondary vocational schools.In January 2020,the Ministry of Education promulgated the curriculum standards of the Information Technology Standards for Secondary Vocational Schools,which stipulates that students should carry out different levels in the teaching requirements.Based on in-depth analysis of teaching content and student characteristics,the APT teaching model integrates teaching evaluation(Assessment),teaching methods(Pedagogy),and technology tools(Technology)to meet the learning needs of students at different levels.Therefore,this paper selects the individualized teaching of information technology as the research goal,according to the needs of the enterprise and the needs of students,through the combination of cluster analysis and individualized teaching,studies the teaching content and students’ characteristics of information technology course,integrates into APT teaching model,analyzes teaching evaluation,teaching methods and technical tools,and adopts the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and comparative experiment to study the individualized teaching of information technology in secondary vocational schools.First,make clear the teaching emphasis of the Information Technology curriculum in secondary vocational school to meet the employment needs of enterprises.From the learning needs of students to determine the teaching difficulties,as well as through factor analysis to get the secondary vocational Information Technology course teaching difficulties.Meanwhile,constructing the secondary vocational students’ personalized learning characteristics index system according to the students’ personalized learning characteristics.Through cluster analysis,the students in the Information Technology class of secondary vocational schools are divided into four categories: excellent stable students,sub-optimal extended students,medium potential students,and ordinary improved students.Then,combined with the needs of the individualized teaching of information technology in secondary vocational schools,this paper introduces the APT information teaching model to analyze the teaching objectives,teaching resources,teaching methods,and teaching evaluation.Besides,we explore the design of individualized teaching based on APT and embody the three in one stage: self-inquiry before class,interaction and cooperation in class,reflection and improvement after class.Combining the individualized teaching design and the intelligent vocational education cloud classroom platform,this paper constructs the individualized teaching design framework based on APT to create a individualized intelligent teaching classroom.Finally,guided by the APT teaching design concept,we use the graphical layout module of secondary vocational Information Technology to apply and practice individualized teaching cases,reflecting the individualized teaching effect from both students and teachers.In terms of students,students’ academic performance,learning interest,autonomous learning ability,and collaborative learning ability have been greatly improved.In terms of teachers,students are very satisfied with teachers’ teaching methods,teaching evaluation,technical tools,and teaching resources.Through data analysis and questionnaire analysis,it is revealed that the individualized teaching research of Information Technology in secondary vocational schools can effectively improve the effect of classroom teaching.It is also shown that this research realizes the individualized teaching of secondary vocational school students,which can meet the individualized needs of students and promote the individualized development of students.
