Modern society needs the personnel who have human subjectivity,innovationability and self-learning ability.Obviously the present instruction system of secondaryVTE schools can't adapt to the age demands owing to emphasizing the generalcharacter of personnel training and neglecting individuality training .Furthermore ,thepresent instruction system can't adapt to the individual differences of thestudents,leading to low teaching quality and school-running benefit.In recent years theenlargement of the individual differences of the students of vocational schools hasmade the problem more serious.Therefore the present instruction system of secondaryVTE schools must reform.Individualized instruction can solve the above problem andreply to the age challenges.At present it is important to explore how to carry outindividualized instruction in secondary VTE schools.Firstly,in the part of putting forward the problem, analyzing the drawback of thepresent instruction system of secondary VTE schools,and discussing the necessity andimportance of carrying out individualized instruction in secondary VTE schools;In thepart of the literature summarizing,analyzing the history sequence,the present situationand the drawback of the study on individualized instruction,considering that schoolsshould stress the training of student's individuality;In the research contentpart,expounding that the thesis explore mainly how to reform the present instructionsystem in order to implement individualized instruction in secondary VTE schools.Secondly,analyzing the individual differences of the students of secondary VTEschools,thinking the individual diversity exist mainly in the basis of the previousknowledge,cognitive ability,character and motive etc.Thirdly,studying the concept and the theory foundation of individualizedinstruction.Fourthly,dicussing the strategy of individualized instruction,thinking thatsecondary VTE schools should implement credit system,and construct the curriculumsystem adapting to the need of individual learning of students,and applyindividualized instruction methods in class etc.
