In the critical period of our country's transition from a big country of higher education to a powerful country of higher education,the status of students as an important governing main body of universities has been paid more and more attention.Students' participation in university governance is a response to the essential function of personnel training in modern universities,and also an inevitable requirement for improving governance structures and promoting the modernization of governance capacity.Based on Lewin's field dynamics theory and the participatory governance theory,this study takes university students as the research object,and aims to construct the dynamic mechanism of students' participation in university governance,at the same time researching the driving factors and generating mechanism of university students' participation in university governance in China.Based on the theoretical model,the study constructs a scale of driving factors of students' participation in university governance through a combination of fixed and quantitative research methods.Through the methods of independent sample T-test and one-way ANOVA,we found that there are significant differences in the attitude and motivation of students to participate in university governance among the types of schools,subject categories,experiences as student leaders,political stations and academic achievements.In addition,by constructing AMOS24.0structural equation model and analyzing the data,the results show that the driving factors of students and the driving factors of school fields influence each other and have a highly positive correlation.Based on the conclusions of empirical analysis,this paper explores the interaction between students' participation mechanism and university governance system,and constructs a dynamic mechanism to drive students to participate in university governance.In the aspect of subjective attitude,we should construct an endogenous mechanism of student-centered participation demand.In terms of participation needs,we should construct a mechanism to guarantee the participation needs closely related to students' interests.In the aspect of self-efficacy,we should build a guidance-service mechanism to enhance students' participation ability.In the aspect of participation system,we should establish a system guarantee mechanism to ensure the realization of students' power;In the aspect of democratic communication,we should build a consultative democratic mechanism to promote the expression of students' interests and the exercise of their rights;In the aspect of information feedback,we should build a good governance mechanism of infomation disclosure and feedback.
