In 2014,the "decision on accelerating the development of modern vocational education" clearly pointed out that "deepening the integration of production and education,school enterprise cooperation,and training hundreds of millions of workers and technical talents".In 2015,some opinions on deepening the teaching reform of vocational education and comprehensively improving the quality of personnel training put forward that "adhere to the integration of production and education,school enterprise cooperation,strengthen industry guidance,play an important and indispensable role in running schools,and promote industry enterprises to participate actively in the whole process of personnel training".In the national vocational education reform implementation plan in 2019,it is proposed that "the vocational education quality evaluation system should be established with learners’ professional ethics,technical skills,job satisfaction and employment quality,as well as the industry-education integration and the level of school enterprise cooperation as the core".The construction of the performance evaluation system of industry-education integration in higher vocational colleges can provide reference for the government to formulate industry education integration policies,enhance the endogenous power of enterprises as the main body of industry education integration,improve the quality of school skilled personnel training,promote the deep integration of education chain,talent chain,production chain and innovation chain,and improve the ability of school service industry transformation and upgrading.Taking three higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province as the subjects,this paper utilizes the methods of questionnaire survey,expert interview,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analytic hierarchy process to construct the performance evaluation system of higher vocational colleges.The first level index includes the investment index,the process index and the effect index of the integration of production and education,and the second level index includes the fund investment,the teaching staff,the construction of training base and the professional construction There are nine indicators,including curriculum construction,teaching and training,enterprise benefit,school benefit,and student satisfaction,and thirty-two of the three indicators.Using the evaluation system,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the performance of the industry-education integration in H1,H2 and H3 higher vocational colleges.According to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results,the performance of production-education integration in H1 Vocational Colleges is excellent,while that in H2 and H3 Vocational Colleges are good.The three sample higher vocational colleges have achieved outstanding results in the integration of production and education,which provides a model for the development of the integration of production and education of Higher Vocational Colleges in the region.However,there are some deficiencies in the investment,process and effect of the production-education integration in higher vocational colleges,which need to be further improved.The suggestions and strategies to improve the performance level of production and education integration in higher vocational colleges mainly include the following aspects:the establishment of special funds for the integration of production and education in vocational education,the construction of practice oriented integration of production and education teachers,and the innovation of the management system of training base inside and outside the school,so as to improve the construction of the input link of the production-education integration in higher vocational colleges.In order to realize the optimization of the integration process of production and education in higher vocational colleges,it is necessary to strengthen the driving force of higher vocational colleges to actively meet the needs of industrial development,build a dual oriented curriculum system construction mechanism based on discipline and industrial technology logic,and carry out efficient teaching and training with emphasis on skills as the core.In order to ensure the output of production-education integration in higher vocational colleges,we should take multiple measures to improve the enterprise efficiency,carry out industry and education integration talent training based on employment orientation,and improve students’ satisfaction with the industry and education integration service and their own development. |
