| In 2020,in the face of the severe impact of the new crown pneumonia epidemic and the complex and changeable domestic and foreign environment,the economy of Henan Province will continue to recover and the total GDP for the year will still increase by 1.3% over the previous year.Moreover,Henan Province is accelerating the continuous optimization and upgrading of the three industries from a single economic structure to a thriving industry.The development of the three industries has tended to be balanced,the demand structure has continued to improve,the coordinated development of urban and rural areas has been promoted in an orderly manner,and the coordination of economic development has been significantly enhanced to strengthen and promote the economy.Stable and healthy development.But at the same time,Henan Province’s per capita GDP ranks below the middle of the country,the regional development is extremely unbalanced in the north and the south is weak,the level of urbanization is low,and the capacity for independent innovation is seriously insufficient.The label of “the largest province with population outflow” is also sidelined.Prove its own economic underdevelopment.Solving this series of problems,achieving the same per capita quality in Henan Province as that of moderately developed countries in 2035,and basically completing the goals of new-type industrialization,informatization,urbanization,and agricultural modernization are related to everyone’s well-being.Nowadays,the investment of physical capital can no longer meet the needs of future economic development,and the investment of human capital is the top priority.Therefore,how the investment of human capital in Henan Province affects economic development and how to maximize the utility of human capital investment in the future is the focus of this article.In view of this,this article studies the economic growth of Henan Province from the perspective of human capital.In order to make the research content and results more valuable,this article conducts in-depth research on human capital,which leads to heterogeneous human capital,and uses it as an empirical research object to analyze the impact of heterogeneous human capital on economic growth in Henan Province.The thesis first reviews and combs related literature and basic theories,defines the related concepts of heterogeneous human capital,expounds the related theories of human capital,heterogeneous human capital and economic growth,and analyzes the mechanism of heterogeneous human capital’s impact on economic growth.Then it analyzes the development and status quo of heterogeneous human capital and economic growth.Next,the theory of heterogeneous human capital is combined with the actual situation in Henan Province,and the VAR model is established using empirical research methods,and empirical results are obtained through stationarity test,cointegration analysis,Granger test,and variance decomposition analysis.The results show that Henan Province’s intermediate human capital has the largest contribution rate to economic growth,and the average human capital contribution rate is the lowest.From a long-term perspective,different human capital has different mechanisms for economic growth.Among them,average human capital and senior human capital have a significant positive impact on the economy of Henan Province.Finally,the conclusions are drawn by collating the research results,and specific countermeasures and suggestions are given from the four dimensions of overall education level,compulsory education,high school and secondary vocational education,and university education.At the same time,the countermeasures for high-level human capital are more prominent.Promote the high-quality economic development of Henan Province. |
