| The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China referred to "ruling the country by law" to an unprecedented historical height,and the construction of the rule of law in China embarked on a new journey.It fully demonstrates the central government’s attitude and determination to vigorously promote the reform of the rule of law,and also speaks out the aspirations of the people.The comprehensive rule of law is an important guarantee for realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and realizing social harmony and stability.This is a "revolution of the law." The broad masses of people should maintain a clear understanding,recognize and abide by the law from the bottom of their hearts,and permeate the concept of the rule of law in all aspects of life.As young people in the new era,college students are important participants in the comprehensive rule of law.The improvement of their concept of rule of law is related to the smooth implementation of the basic strategy of rule of law.In particular,the ideological and political education majors are professionals with Marxist theoretical and political literacy.After graduation,most of them are engaged in teacher work.The improvement of their concept of the rule of law can promote the improvement of the concept of the rule of law of primary and middle school students,thereby also advancing the rule of law in the country.Construction process.In the process of cultivating the concept of rule of law for teachers majoring in ideological and political education,the development of their legal thinking ability is the top priority.Therefore,it has certain practical value to explore the current situation and countermeasures of the concept of the rule of law of normal students majoring in ideological and political education.This article is based on the classic Marxist rule of law theory and the Chinese Marxist rule of law theory,using literature analysis and questionnaire survey methods to carry out research.First of all,this article expounds the relevant theories of the concept of rule of law for teachers majoring in ideological and political education,and interprets the connotation of the concept of rule of law;the theoretical basis of the concept of rule of law for teachers majoring in ideological and political education.Secondly,it expounds the necessity and feasibility of strengthening the concept of rule of law for teachers majoring in ideological and political education.Then it analyzes the status quo of the rule of law concept of ideological and political education majors from the aspects of studying the law,knowing the law,observing the law,and using it.It is based on a survey of five universities in N province,so as to clarify the results and existing problems.Thirdly,on this basis,analyze the reasons for the existing problems in the current concept of the rule of law of the ideological and political education majors,focusing on the lack of solid legal knowledge of some ideological and political education majors,and the low initiative of some ideological and political education majors in law-abiding usage.Analyze the unreasonable curriculum setting of the rule of law education in colleges and universities,and the imperfect teaching method and evaluation mechanism of the rule of law education in colleges and universities.Finally,explore specific ways to improve the concept of rule of law for teachers majoring in ideological and political education,from some teachers majoring in ideological and political education to strengthen their own legal knowledge,some teachers majoring in ideological and political education to develop good habits of law-abiding usage,and the scientific establishment of legal education in universities Curriculum,colleges and universities enrich the teaching methods and evaluation mechanisms of the rule of law education,aiming to enhance the concept of rule of law of normal students majoring in ideological and political education. |
