Research On The Cultivation Of Rule Of Law Consciousness Of Students Majoring In Ideological And Political Education In Yunnan Normal Universities

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China regards "Adhering to the rule of law in an all-round way" as one of the basic strategies for adhering to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and clearly points out that the overall goal is to build a socialist legal system and a country with Chinese characteristics.The awareness of the rule of law of the whole people is closely related to the process of the rule of law in our country.The education of rule of law is a main content of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.The education of rule of law for college students is conducive to cultivating college students' high-quality awareness of rule of law and providing excellent talents for the construction of the country's rule of law.It is an inevitable requirement for college students majoring in Ideological and political education to cultivate awareness of the rule of law.To cultivate awareness of the rule of law for students majoring in Ideological and political education in Yunnan Normal University is of great theoretical value and practical significance to comprehensively promote the rule of law,build a country ruled by law and the all-round development of students.This paper has four chapters.The first chapter mainly defines the relevant concepts of rule of law awareness and elaborates the theoretical basis of ideological resources.At the same time,it traces back the historical process of infiltrating rule of law awareness cultivation in Ideological and political education specialty,which indirectly illustrates the importance and necessity of strengthening the cultivation of rule of law awareness of students in this specialty.The second chapter is based on field research,through questionnaires to understand the cultivation of the rule of law awareness of students majoring in Ideological and political education in Yunnan Normal University,and data analysis pointed out the main problems in the cultivation.The third chapter is the analysis of the main problems in the second chapter.Chapter IV is the countermeasures to strengthen the cultivation of students' awareness of rule of law.Basing on the analysis of the main problems and causes in Chapter II and Chapter III,it is proposed that the importance of cultivating students' awareness ofrule of law should be enhanced,and the contents of cultivating students' awareness of rule of law should be enriched.It also puts forward specific suggestions from the aspects of school,society,family and students themselves.Strategy.
