| Ruling the country by law,as an important strategy for the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,has played an ideological leading role in training socialist successors with the sense of rule of law in schools.At the same time,as one of the core concepts of socialist core values,it is also of due significance to cultivate and Practice socialist concept of rule of law among citizens.As a moral education course in high school,ideological and political course plays an important role in the process of juvenile legal education.Integrating the rule of law education into the ideological and political course of senior high school is the requirement of implementing the concept of rule of law in China,and is also a necessary condition for maintaining the stability and harmony of the campus.It is also the basis for improving the awareness of rule of law of middle school students and promoting their all-round development.This paper mainly consists of three parts:introduction,body and conclusion.The introduction part mainly elaborates the reasons and significance of this topic,the research status,research ideas and main methods of this content at home and abroad.The main body includes four chapters.The first chapter briefly discusses the meaning of the rule of law and the rule of law education,and from the perspective of the integration of the high school ideological and political course and the rule of law education,analyses the possibility of integration between the two,that is,the internal relationship between them.On this basis,it expounds the important significance of the integration of the rule of law education in the high school ideological and political course.In the second chapter,taking a middle school in Wuhan as an example,combined with the questionnaire survey and interviews in the school,the author analyzed the current situation of incorporating the rule of law education into the ideological and political lessons in senior high schools.First,the author analyzed the progress made,such as strengthening the importance of the rule of law education in the school,strengthening the foundation of the rule of law education in the ideological and political lessons in senior high schools,and strengthening the moral education in the political lessons to Formation;and the problems of incorporating the rule of law education into high school ideological and political lessons are studied,that is,the goal of the rule of law education in high school ideological and political lessons has not been effectively implemented,students enthusiasm for classroom participation is not high,the evaluation of the rule of law education is not comprehensive,students’knowledge and practice are not unified,and so on.The third chapter summarizes the reasons for these problems based on the analysis of the current situation.First,the negative influence of the traditional examination-oriented education concept,the lack of thematic modules of rule of law education in the content of textbooks,the need for innovation in teachers’methods,the lack of a scientific evaluation system of rule of law education,and the adverse impact of the teaching environment of rule of law.In the fourth chapter,aiming at the reasons,the Countermeasures of better integrating the rule of law education into the ideological and political course in senior high school are discussed,which are analyzed from five aspects:teaching objectives,teaching methods,teaching content,teaching evaluation and teaching environment.The purpose is to provide some ideas and methods for senior high school political teachers in the process of rule of law education,so as to help middle school students to establish a correct concept of rule of law. |
