With the rapid development of the information age in the 21 st century,modern information technology is gradually influencing people’s thinking mode and learning style.In particular,the occurrence of COVID-19 health emergency has made the digital education develop significantly.The Internet is used to break the shackles of time,space and region to guarantee the course teaching.In the new era of information background,using the Internet combined with the characteristics of physical education to carry out the construction of online physical education course,is to supplement and improve the traditional physical education teaching,is conducive to the formation of new physical education model.The quality of courses directly affects the quality of talent training.The construction of online courses of sports and techniques is an important part of course construction.This study using the literature material law,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics research methods,such as 7 in guangzhou university sports skill online courses construction situation investigation,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of guangzhou university sports skill quality of online courses and further analyzes the problems existing in the course construction,explore strategies to improve the quality of guangzhou university sports skill online course.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The quality evaluation of online courses of sports and techniques of Guangzhou University includes basketball and swimming at a good level,and football,roller skating,track and field,table tennis and aerobics at a medium level,which indicates that the overall quality of online courses of sports and techniques of Guangzhou University needs to be improved.(2)There are 10 poor level indicators in the quality evaluation of the online courses of Physical Education and Skills in Guangzhou University: assessment methods and requirements,scene introduction,test question bank,resource expansion,online question-answering,dialogue promotion,text symbols,video design,3D simulation of sports technology and personalized learning push.(3)Through data analysis,the problems existing in the construction quality of the online courses of Physical Education and Skills in Guangzhou University are as follows: the assessment and evaluation pay too much attention to the learning results and neglect the evaluation of the learning process;Insufficient expansion of course resources and weak personalized learning push link;The online course video design is rough and the modern information technology is not fully utilized.Lack of interaction and feedback.In view of the existing problems,the countermeasures to improve the quality of online courses of sports and techniques in Guangzhou University are as follows: establishing diversified evaluation methods,attaching importance to process evaluation;Increase the expansion of course resources and strengthen the construction of personalized learning push;To improve teachers’ educational information technology application ability and improve the functional design of online course platform;Optimize the design of interactive activities and strengthen the timely feedback and evaluation of information.
