Since 2003,the state attaches great importance to the construction of teaching resources,and encourages higher vocational colleges to use information technology to promote education and teaching,improve teaching efficiency and improve teaching quality.In the information technology under the coverage,the Ministry of education to carry out the open online courses boutique construction work,many higher vocational colleges in order to promote the school quality to open online course construction,have introduced incentive policies,establish an open teaching platform,the introduction of incentives to encourage teachers to join the open course construction.In recent years,the construction of Guangdong province quality in higher vocational colleges open online courses have made great progress,each school construction quality online open courses,but so far,the theory research of the open curriculum evaluation index system is not deep enough,the year 2012 established evaluation index system is the latest.In this study,through literature research,expert interviews,questionnaire etc.path,theory and practical use,and puts forward some principles and methods of index system of open online course quality evaluation,constructs the evaluation system online boutique open courses in Higher Vocational Colleges of Guangdong Province,to provide scientific evaluation tools for such courses can look forward to.This study first studies the evaluation index of existing national online boutique open courses constitute factors,then we selected 5 experts in an interview,after analyzing the interview results and again advice,to determine the leading thought of index system of evaluating open online course.Then,through the course of the evaluation index system of the literature,this study finds out the 4 principles establish evaluation index system of open online courses: boutique system,combined with the use of indicators and targets,correlation,quantitative indicators and qualitative indicators,again work such courses in Higher Vocational Colleges by combining.Consultation method,constructs the framework and evaluation criteria.Open online course evaluation index system after the formation of the framework,this study further selected 20 experts to conduct questionnaire analysis,expert opinion,evaluation index system,with fine open online courses to test the beginning of construction of the evaluation index system includes 5 first level indicators are: curriculum design,teaching team,teaching the use of curriculum resources,environment,construction.Based on the data analysis of expert questionnaire,the weight of evaluation index system is established.Finally,this study takes 400 college students of Guangdong AIB Polytechnic College,Career Technical College,Shunde Polytechnic,Guangdong water conservancy and electric power Guangzhou urban construction Career Academy 4 Higher Vocational Colleges as the object,of course the line satisfaction survey,at the same time,according to the evaluation index system of construction,through the establishment of "occupation development and employment guidance" online open courses,the online satisfaction survey.Open online course quality evaluation is a systematic project,in the actual work is faced with many difficulties,but I believe that through the actual work in the adjustment of this evaluation index system can continue to improve,to better guide the construction of open online course,meet user requirements.
