With the rapid development of globalization and the Internet,Western social thoughts have also accelerated their spread in my country.Consumerism is one of the most influential ideological trends among the many ideological trends that have a greater influence on college students.The values of material enjoyment and the supremacy of consumption that it advocates have had a certain impact on the spiritual life of college students.College students are a group of maverick consumer groups shrouded by consumerism,and they are the main force in a consumer society.The rapid spread of consumerism thoughts through the Internet has to some extent affected the consumption concepts of college students and eroded the values and lifestyles of contemporary college students.Especially in today’s rapid development of mobile network technology,online media has become a catalyst for the rapid spread and development of consumerism,and college students’ consumption concepts are deeply influenced by consumerism as the media fuels the flames.This article analyzes and explores the consumption situation of contemporary college students under the trend of consumerism from multiple angles.First,this article explains the concept,characteristics and background of consumerism,grasps the manifestations and main characteristics of current consumerism from a macro perspective,so as to correctly distinguish the essence of consumerism.Second,under the above-mentioned theoretical framework,formulate questionnaire interviews and surveys for college students’ consumption concepts,and conduct a summary analysis through empirical surveys and interview results.Third,according to the status quo of college students’ consumption concepts,combined with the main characteristics of consumerism,the questionnaire data results are used to explore the relevance of consumerism on college students’ consumption concepts and analyze its causes.Fourth,according to the above analysis,the negative influence brought by consumerism thoughts are analyzed from the three dimensions of school,family,and society,and based on the analysis of the survey results,specific measures to deal with the negative influence of consumerism thoughts on college students are put forward.Measures.Our research not only enriches the research on the guidance of college students’ consumption concepts under the consumerism trend,but also provides useful theory and practical experience for decisionmakers who guide college students’ consumption concepts.
