| With the rapid development of China’s economy, the gap between urban and rural areas has continued to widen,large-scale rural surplus labor has been transferred to cities, and "left-behind children" have also attracted more attention.Due to objective reasons such as the lack of family functions and the unbalanced regional economic development, they face more difficulties than children of the same age.At the same time, scholars have also found that many left-behind children do not complain blindly when facing difficulties, but actively face them and achieve development through their own efforts. The academic circle calls this ability of left-behind children as "resilience".In view of the fact that the current resilience research seldom pays attention to the ethnic minority left-behind children, this research takes the ethnic minority left-behind children in T Township of Yunnan Province as the research object, taking the advantage perspective and the social ecological system theory as the theoretical perspective,Use questionnaire surveys and field investigations to present the living status of the left-behind children of ethnic minorities, and make a more in-depth analysis of their resilience level and influencing factors. The results show that the level of resilience of ethnic minority left-behind children is lower than that of non-left-behind children and lower than that of Han left-behind children.Their resilience level is affected by factors at the individual level, family level, school level, and community level, including individual level factors is an internal factor that enhances the resilience of left-behind children. In terms of external factors,family-level factors have the most direct impact on the resilience of ethnic minority left-behind children, followed by school-level and community factors.Based on the analysis of the living conditions, resilience level and influencing factors of ethnic minority left-behind children, this study proposes to build a homeschool-community continuous interaction resilience training model in which the school system serves as a starting point, the community system serves as a foothold Point, and the family system serves as a transition point,to further improve the resilience of ethnic minority left-behind children. Finally, this study also proposes some specific cultivation strategies. |
