In December 2009,at the Central Economic Conference,the migrant agricultural population was officially employed for the first time,and it was proposed that it should be regarded as an important task to promote urbanization to gradually solve the problem of employment and settlement of qualified migrant agricultural labor force in cities and towns.In the process of urbanization,the migrant agricultural population shifts from agricultural production or rural residence to urban life,and there is a lot of formal and informal learning in their urban life.Compared with urban residents,the study time and the study cost are the main factors that restrict the rural migrant population from formal study.Informal learning can take place in public institutions,but they do not necessarily need specialized classrooms,nor do they have distinct organizational and institutional characteristics,which have the characteristics of diversity,autonomy,cooperation and situational.Therefore,informal learning is an effective way to improve the vocational competitiveness of the migrant agricultural population.It not only helps the migrant agricultural population adapt to the constantly developing society,solve their own problems of urban survival and adaptation,but also helps to promote the development of urbanization.This thesis aimed at agricultural transfer of population informal learning problems,by investigating the present situation,discovered the problems that exist in the practice,to these problems as the logical starting point,using literature method,interview method,investigation method,and other research methods,explore the transfer of agricultural population informal learning theory,influence factors and obstacles the crux,in order to put forward agricultural transfer of population informal learning promotion strategy.This study is divided into four parts,as follows:The first part,the introduction,elaborates the background,problems,significance and research route of the paper,and summarizes the existing research at home and abroad with the method of literature analysis,which lays the foundation for the follow-up research.The second part defines the core concepts and elaborates the theoretical basis of this study.The third part is the investigation of the status quo of informal learning of agricultural migrant population.Based on the literature reading from the transfer of agricultural population informal learning intention,informal learning ways and methods,informal learning,informal learning environment four dimensions to carry out the interview survey,interview results,and predecessors’ studying results design agricultural transfer of population informal learning situation questionnaire,further revealing agricultural transfer of population informal learning situation.The fourth part is the analysis and promotion strategy of informal learning disability of agricultural migrant population.Through the investigation and research,it is found that there are many problems in the informal learning of the migrant agricultural population: the informal learning initiative of the migrant agricultural population is not strong,the way is monotonous,the transformation and application are inefficient,and the environment is not good.These problems affect the informal learning of agricultural migrants in different degrees and different aspects.Based on the results of the survey,some strategies are proposed,such as improving the informal learning ability of the migrant agricultural population,optimizing the informal learning environment and establishing the informal learning community.
