| Research purpose: At present, tennis lessons have become an important platform for students to learn tennis knowledge, cultivate tennis interest and master tennis skills. How to quickly and effectively improve students’ learning efficiency in tennis lessons has become a hot topic in recent years.Combining previous research findings, most scholars focus their research on the teaching sequence of tennis forehand and backhand techniques. At the same time, the predecessors have explored the teaching effect through the experimental comparison between the two teaching sequences.Whether it is influential, but no scholar compares its teaching effect on the basis of the three teaching sequences. Therefore, based on previous studies, the author conducts teaching experiments with the teaching sequence of tennis forehand and backhand techniques as the starting point to explore whether different teaching sequences have an impact on the teaching effect, and finally put forward the deficiencies in teaching and teaching suggestions.Research method: Students in the three classes of the Shanghai Sport University’s 2019 and 2020 public tennis elective courses are used as the experimental objects, and the research is carried out by the method of literature data, questionnaire survey, experiment, and mathematical statistics. The entire experiment process lasted for 12 weeks and a total of 24 class hours. One of the classes used the traditional method of "forehand shooting down the earth technology first, and then backhand shooting down the earth technology",and the second class used the "forehand shooting down the earth technology and backhand shooting down the earth technology simultaneously".The method of teaching",the third class adopts the method of "first teaching the technique of shooting down the earth with the backhand, and then teaching the technique of shooting down the earth with the forehand".The results of the study:(1)The physical fitness of the students in Class I,II,and III was improved compared with that before the experiment, but there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).(2)In terms of technical assessment, the test scores of forehand stability, forehand accuracy and forehand and backhand technical evaluation index P of Class 1 and Class 2 are all> 0.05.(3)The P values of the forehand stability, the forehand accuracy test scores and the backhand technical evaluation scores of the second and third classes are all> 0.05.(4)Students in the class of "Teach the backhand down the earth technology first, and then teach the forehand down the earth technology" class are interested in learning tennis(83.33%),confidence in tennis shots(72.22%),and recognition of teaching methods(88.89)%)has the highest percentage of very consistent selections.Research conclusions:(1)Changing the order of teaching will not produce differential changes in the development of students’ physical fitness.(2)Teaching the technique of shooting down the earth with the backhand first and then teaching the technique of shooting the earth with the forehand" is better than the teaching effect of the "forehand shooting down the earth technique with the forehand first and the backhand technique after the forehand accuracy test results and forehand technical evaluation." The teaching method of "Shooting the Earth Technology".(3)There are significant differences in forehand stability, forehand accuracy test scores, and forehand and backhand technical evaluation in the second class and the first and third classes.(4)The proportion of students who choose very consistent with the recognition of teaching methods is higher than that of the students in the other two teaching methods. |
