In recent years,with the steady progress of the construction of sports power,the level of professional tennis competition in China has been continuously improved,and the importance of tennis education has become increasingly prominent.Many colleges and universities offer tennis courses step by step,which not only further satisfy the enthusiasm of college students,but also help to perfect the structure of physical education teaching subjects in colleges and universities,and protect the training of tennis talents.From the professional point of view,how to make students get the correct knowledge of tennis skills is extremely important.Among them,forehand batting and backhand batting technology as an important content in the teaching course,gradually become an important direction of academic research.In view of the fact that this study is based on the technical links of tennis forehand and backhand,the rules of formation of sports skills,the rules of physical and mental changes of students' learning and the knowledge of psychology.Starting from the teaching order of tennis forehand and backhand,changing the regular teaching order(first teaching forehand,then teaching backhand),starting from the teaching method of "teaching forehand and backhand at the same time ".Through the teaching experiment,explore whether the two teaching methods have obvious difference in effect,and whether the teaching method of "synchronous teaching forehand batting technology and backhand batting technology" can make students master forward and backhand batting technology in a balanced way.This research adopts literature method,teaching experiment method,mathematical statistics method and so on.,taking the teaching order of the tennis positive and backhand hitting technique in the female class of colleges and universities as the research object,taking the students of the two classes of the 2018 grade tennis special one of Shanghai University as the experimental object,the students are both female students,and the students of non-sports major have not been exposed to tennis before the experiment,the two classes have 57 people,including 28 in the control class and 29 in the experimental class.The teaching contents of the two classes are tennis forehand and backhand,the teaching order is different,the others are the same,among which the control class uses the method of "first teaching forehand and then teaching backhand ",and the experimental class uses the method of "teaching forehand and backhand at the same time ".The test results were tested and analyzed by non-parametric test,independent sample t-test and paired sample t-test in the experimental and control classes for a period of 10 weeks,2 hours a week for a total of 20 hours of teaching experiments.The following conclusions were drawn: 1.Compared the teaching method of "synchronously teaching forehand batting technology and backhand batting technology" is not very different from the teaching method of regular teaching sequence in improving students' physical quality.2.the teaching method of "teaching forehand batting technology and backhand batting technology synchronously" is more helpful for students to master tennis forehand and backhand batting technology.3.the teaching method of "teaching forehand batting technology and backhand batting technology synchronously" can improve the students' uneven mastery of forehand and backhand batting technology.
