Since the restoration of professional education in social work in Chinese mainland,the discipline has blossomed in colleges and universities in various provinces and cities,and,thanks to the attention from the top level of the system,put forward the strategic call to "build a large social work talent team",China’s social work cause has entered a high-speed development stage.However,even if the prospects are bright,it is still difficult to deny that the development of professional social work in the Mainland has encountered bottlenecks.The most intuitive manifestation is that the industry is faced with a large number of turnover and brain drain,both in universities and in the workplace,which is clearly contrary to the national vision.Behind this phenomenon also reflects that professional social work in the domestic "embedded" development path objectively there are many obstacles,integration process is facing many tests.More alarming is the fact that,in addition to the visualizations described above,there are still unknown,hard-to-observe and described risks in the industry that also threaten the performance of industry values and functions.The study of such risks should be given great attention as well as what has been lacking before.This study to Shenzhen H community social work team organization as the research object,to members of the current situation of professional roles of the starting point,the main study is the author in the majority of the team members perceived and obtained their approval,a real name does not match the status of professional survival.Based on its hidden characteristics which are easy to be ignored and the substantive consequences it causes,the author refines it and expresses it as the phenomenon of "hidden loss" of community social workers,and makes further in-depth study on the phenomenon on this basis.First of all,the author will be "hidden loss" and the traditional sense of visualization,direct loss of personnel to do a horizontal comparison,to find out what the phenomenon has a unique performance,what kind of different results.Then,from a vertical perspective,the formation and differentiation process of the phenomenon of"hidden loss" is discussed,which shows that the existence of the phenomenon is a special and potential crisis for the whole social work industry;The social work team analyzes the performance and dilemma of the social worker’s role,emphasizes the logical complexity behind the phenomenon and the difficulty of solving it;Exit only the profession and not the occupation" behavior strategy.
