A Research Into Precise Funding Mechanism For Poor Students In Local Colleges And Universities

Poverty has always been a puzzle for people's survival and development."Targeted poverty alleviation" is an important guiding ideology and strategic deployment of poverty alleviation work in China in the new period.The concept and basic content of "targeted poverty alleviation" thought and basic content are introduced to the support of higher education to achieve "accurate funding".It is not only a concentrated embodiment of poverty alleviation work in the field of education,but also an effective way to improve efficiency of the current university funding.Local colleges and universities are relatively scarce in terms of financial appropriations and social funding resources.Therefore,it is particularly significant to do a good job of "accurate funding" for local colleges and universities.On the basis of the research background and basic content of precise funding,this paper has formed an overall grasp of how to build a smooth and accurate funding mechanism and set up a research route for the current situation,problems,cause analysis and countermeasures.The W University in north Fujian province is selected as the object of investigation.Through field research,effective information is extracted,and the basic status and problems of student funding in W university in north Fujian province are analyzed.Through the analysis of reasons for the problems existing in W university in north Fujian province,and combining the role model of foreign universities and colleges,this paper explores the precise funding mechanism of local colleges and universities.What is more,combining with the concrete practice of local colleges and universities in our country,the effective path of establishing the precise funding mechanism of local colleges and universities is put forward,that is,suggestions from three aspects,such as "accurate identification","precise implementation" and "accurate evaluation",to ensure the effective and smooth operation of the precise funding mechanism of local colleges and universities.It is expected to provide valuable suggestions for the construction of precise funding mechanism in local colleges and universities and promote sustained and healthy development of student financial assistance in local colleges and universities.
