| The essential characteristics of community education make it play an important role in the context of emphasizing lifelong learning and building a learning society.Its practical values including it can meet the individual’s gradually increasing learning needs,promoting the construction of lifelong education system,and becoming a basic way to promote the construction of a learning society.However,there are many difficulties in the implementation of community education.First of all,in terms of value perception,many people have a vague and simple value perception of community education.Secondly,in terms of teaching construction,it is difficult to set up rich teaching contents,and the flexible and diversified forms didn’t be carried out,the source of funds is relatively limited,and it is difficult to make full use of the resources of the community and the level of specialization of the community education team is relatively low.Finally,in terms of the participation enthusiasm of the subjects,the local government failed to integrate other main forces,and the community residents in the local units and social organizations have little interest to participate in the construction of community education.An in-depth study of the reasons that restricting the development of community education shows that the root cause is the deviation of value cognition,the residents don’t have an in-depth understanding of the practical value of community education under the concept of lifelong learning and thus fails to stimulate its powerful internal motivation.The direct reason is that the external and internal objective conditions are not enough to support the development of community education,including the lack of a more perfect teaching curriculum system,management and operation mechanism of community education is not perfect and the material resource conditions are insufficient,and so on,which makes the foundation of its development unsound.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the implementation strategies of community education under the concept of lifelong learning.Firstly,attach importance to the practical value of community education.The concrete measures are to promote the whole society to establish the sense of lifelong learning,and to understand the value of community education;to promote the establishment of the Law on Lifelong Education,to form a system of laws and regulations of community education with consistent value under the guidance of the concept of lifelong learning.Secondly,dividing community education types explicitly,the types of community education mainly include normative community education,non-normative community education and self-guided community education three types.Thirdly,the teaching content of community education should be clarified,including the content of youth community education,the content of middle-aged community education and the content of elderly community education.Fourth,the resource sharing mechanism of community education should be constructed.On the one hand,the entity education resource sharing mechanism should be constructed within the community;on the other hand,the digital learning resources of community education should be developed and sharedFifth,the multi-subject linkage participation mechanism should be constructed.The concrete measures include standardizing the community education administrative subject behavior,strengthening the construction of community education development community,mobilizing the enthusiasm of all participants. |
