On the platform,in the face of a group of just from kindergarten into the first grade of primary school students,they are lively and lovely,innocent,suddenly ineffable heart.Elementary school children’s psychological development has its own unique characteristics,their emotional leakage,moodiness,self control ability is poor,vulnerable to influence others and suggest that unconsciously imitate the behavior and so on,it is these characteristics of easy to cause the primary classroom violations occur,irregularities in class not only affect their own effective learning,but also interferes with the learning of other students,Some will even delay the teacher’s teaching effect and teaching progress,can be said to bring harm is not allowed to ignore,so the training of first-grade pupils classroom routine is especially important.This study in a primary school grade one students R city in shandong province as the research object,through the observation and record student classroom irregularities,the expressiveness of the lower grade elementary school students classroom irregularities,understanding students’ family and education background,analysis of causes of classroom irregularities and influence factors,through two rounds of action research,by the method of behavior contract correct students classroom violations,Step by step to cultivate the classroom routines of first-grade pupils.The results show that the lower grade students’ classroom violations will be slightly more than the middle and upper grades,the main reasons are as follows:students’ own factors,such as students self-control ability is weak,its physical and mental development is not mature,imperfect;Family reasons,such as parents’ divorce,both sides’ inadequate education of children,lack of family education;The teacher factors,such as the lack of education,teaching and management ability,can not effectively conduct classroom management and organization.By signing contracts with the students in the sample class,the author prevents and corrects the students’ classroom violations,and trains the first-grade students’ classroom routines,so as to cultivate their good learning quality and habits.Through research,the following conclusions: 1.Classroom violations has obvious gender differences,in the case of type violations,male students appear to be more extroverted irregularities,female students in addition to export-oriented irregularities,showed more introverted irregularities,such as answer questions small voice,afraid to answer the question and so on.2.When the behavioral contract corrects the violations in the export-oriented classroom,the correction effect is very obvious during the implementation period,and after the implementation period,some students’ violations will rebound to different degrees;When the behavior contract corrects the inward-oriented classroom violations,the effect of the early correction is not obvious,but once the violation is corrected,it can maintain the target behavior for a long time.3.Behavioral contracts can correct students’ classroom violations,strengthen and improve positive classroom behaviors,and encourage students to have more good classroom behaviors.4.Behavioral contracts are applicable to solve the classroom violations with high frequency,and occasional bad behaviors can be corrected by oral reminder.5.When choosing target behaviors,try to negotiate with the signators,give full consideration to the current development level and ability of students,and set target behaviors should be neither too simple nor beyond the scope of students’ ability,but should grasp the degree.6.The execution time of the contract should be reasonable,considering the age characteristics of students,and setting a suitable time.Mr.Ye Shengtao,a famous educationist,once said,"What education is,to put it simply,there is only one word: to form good habits." The cultivation of classroom routines of first-grade students is of great significance to their primary school stage and even the whole life.Good habits will lay a solid foundation for students’ subsequent study and life and accompany their growth throughout their life.
