Will flip applied in college basketball elective class,on the basis of classroom teaching combined with information technology aims to turn research class of students’ physical quality,basketball basic technical exercise,sports attitude,the influence of cognitive learning from four aspects,compared to traditional classroom teaching,and point out the advantages and disadvantages in turn classroom teaching practice.This study takes the learning effect of flipped classroom applied to college basketball elective course students as the research object.Two nature classes of the basketball elective course of Northwest Normal University in 2019 were selected as the experimental class and the control class.The flipped classroom was used in the experimental class,while the traditional teaching was used in the control class.The research methods of literature,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics are used.Experimental classes and that in comparative classes students for 18 weeks 36 class hours teaching experiment,adopt the unified teaching content and progress,the experimental classes and that in comparative classes students in basic technology,physical quality,basketball exercise attitude and cognitive learning four aspects before and after the comparison,analysis of the flip of a college basketball elective class learning.Research conclusions: 1.The implementation of flipped classroom teaching in basketball elective course has little influence on students’ physical quality.Before and after the standing long jump and 1-minute push-up experiments,the performance of the experimental class was slightly improved,while that of the control class was decreased.However,the performance of the experimental class of the half-time line-seeing turnround race was significantly improved,while that of the control class was slightly improved.Therefore,the performance of the running class of the half-time line-seeing turnround race and other running events was improved by using the flipped class.2.Flipped classroom teaching can improve students’ basic basketball skills.In terms of learning single simple skills and teamwork skills,such as passing and catching between marching and running back and dribbling at half court,flipped classroom teaching is adopted.In terms of learning basketball skills with high accuracy,high stability and complex movements,traditional classroom teaching techniques can be adopted and flipped classroom is adopted to review and master skills,such as shooting techniques.3.Flipped classroom has a good effect on students’ learning attitude towards sports.Traditional classroom is monotonous and boring,students form a thinking pattern,lack of freshness,and has a poor effect on changing students’ attitude to exercise.Flipped classroom teaching mode is novel,students are easy to accept,full of freshness,students have a good grasp of classroom learning,and it has a good effect on changing students’ attitude.4.Flipped classroom courses improve students’ internal motivation.Flip the implementation of classroom teaching in basketball elective course can make students strengthen internal motivation,external motivation in addition to the external regulation is abate,internalization and identification index to strengthen,no motive is abate,the flip class to improve students’ internal motivation,improve the effect of cognitive learning and traditional classroom can improve students’ external motivation,therefore,the teaching process should be effectively combined.
