Practice Research On Flipped Classroom In Physical Education Teaching Of Higher Vocational Colleges

The popularization and application of modern educational technology and teaching methods are not only determined by the advanced nature of technology,but also influenced and restricted by educational administrative management,educational policies and regulations,and the overall level of national educational modernization.As a brand new teaching model based on modern network technology,"flipped classroom" has attracted much attention and discussion from the education circle due to its many advantages.It has been widely applied in western countries,especially in the United States,from high school to university,with good teaching effects.Along with the network popularization and the development of education technology,class,class,flip class such as a new teaching form based on network technology application,makes the people by the form of education is no longer confined to the classroom,the extension of time,space,on the education content has a selective,and can be choose according to their needs.As for physical education,network resources can at least provide effective help for physical education in aspects of competition,appreciation and demonstration.On the Internet,hd wonderful game video can bring students visual impact and aesthetic experience of sports,which is helpful to stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning;Standard action demonstration and action decomposition,slow play,playback,can give students more deep action representation,can be solved with classroom teaching due to the limitation of time as a result of insufficient demonstration,as fugleman technology level and age factors caused by the demonstration is not standard not beautiful,because of the characteristic of the action consistency as a result of action demonstration can't break down and stop.It is difficult to apply modern teaching methods such as multimedia projection equipment to classroom teaching in traditional teaching mode.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the application of flipped classroom teaching mode in physical education course teaching in the information environment to promote the informatization of physical education course teaching in higher vocational schools.By vocational colleges physical education teaching practice,this study with literature data method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method as the research methods,such as in energy chemical industry of gansu province vocational college 2 classes,78students as the research object,through to flip the classroom and traditional classroom teaching effect of comparative analysis,to explore the flip class in vocational colleges and universities sports teaching the application value and method,to turn the classroom teaching mode in vocational colleges and universities sports education in the popularization and application to provide certain reference and reference.Results show that the flip effect of vocational colleges and universities sports teaching classroom mode compared with the traditional teaching model,students exercise more proactive attitude,learning interest in higher,better skills to master,technology development faster,with the flip class changes in the application of information technology teaching means,teaching process change,closely related to ascension practice density etc.In terms of the development of physical fitness,there is no significant difference between the two teaching models,and the effect on the development of students' physical fitness is not significant.Under the background of information age,the campus life style of students presents diversified characteristics,and the cultural and recreational activities are complex,which affect the extracurricular sports and exercises.
