Flipped Class teaching mode,which appeared in the United States in 2007,came into Chinese elementary school classroom in 2012 and was widely used in various disciplines teaching,Flipped Class teaching mode arises at the historic moment of the classroom teaching model is based on the development of the times,the popularization of information network and fast adapting electronic equipment.But,in China PE class rarely use Flipped Class Teaching Mode.In the Flipped Class teaching mode,the students learn the knowledge before class through the network platform,which improves the communication between students and teachers,increase practice time,make up for a demonstration action to breakdown,improve the students' interest in learning,and develop students' autonomous learning ability and so on.In2017,the Ministry of Education promulgated the "Ordinary High School Physical Education and Health Course Standard",which clearly puts forward cultivating students' sports core accomplishment needs to change the old teaching methods,improve learning initiative,and advocate teachers apply "autonomy,cooperation,explore" way of learning to cultivate students "interest,habit and method" of sports.Under the guidance of new curriculum standard,Flipped Class teaching model has the function of cultivating and improving these aspects.This study takes the practical teaching effect of Flipped Class teaching model in high school basketball option teaching as the research object.Literature,experiment,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other research methods were used to make a comparative analysis of the special qualities,special skills and theoretical cognition selected by Flipped Class in high school basketball option teaching.Questionnaire survey and analysis were conducted on the aspects of healthy behaviors and sports habits in sports morality and respect for opponents of competition rules,and the teaching effects of flipped classroom and traditional teaching mode were tested At the end of the experiment and in view of the problems existing in the application of flipped classroom in high school basketball option teaching,this paper puts forward improved methods and Suggestions to make the flipped classroom teaching mode more scientific and effective in high school basketball teaching.The study came to the following conclusions:1.The application of the flipped classroom teaching method can let students learn technical movementmore vividly and accurately.Students can form the correct action representation to improve students' technique standardization,which lay a good foundation for the students in practice.2.The Flipped classroom teaching method helps to improve students' understanding of the basketball rules and the referee ability,basketball theoretical knowledge.3.The Flipped classroom teaching method is conducive to the cultivation of students' discipline core literacy,so that students have significant improvement in sports ability.4.The Flipped classroom is conducive to improving students' interest in basketball learning,promoting their enthusiasm for class participation and enhancing their self-confidence.5.The Flipped classroom is conducive to improving students' independent learning and cooperative learning ability,which can give play to students' initiative and let them be the master of learning.
