| After 35 years of promotion,the air volleyball has spread all over the provinces and cities of the country.The people who take part in it have gradually developed from the old people to the young people,and become younger and younger.At present,the teaching method of Air Volleyball still follows the traditional teaching mode of hard volleyball.In the classroom,students' learning efficiency is generally low and their learning enthusiasm is not high.The purpose of this study is to combine the new teaching model with the new sports items,through the teaching practice of the classroom teaching model after one semester,this paper is to study whether the students are better than the traditional teaching mode in learning interest,learning attitude,learning effect,self-learning ability and theoretical and practical ability.At the same time,it also tries to enrich and enrich the teaching methods and means of air volleyball.In this study,the students of grade 2018 major in physical education of Suzhou University who chose the elective course of gas volleyball(2 optional classes were divided into experimental group and Control Group,each group of 20 boys,a total of 40)were taken as the subjects,during the 18-week teaching experiment,the experimental group adopted the turn-over classroom teaching mode,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode.Before the teaching experiment,the students' body posture,special physical quality,air volleyball self-mat and autobiographical skill were tested.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two classes.After the experiment,the four basic skills of physical fitness,Air Volleyball Mat,pass,smash and send,the independent study,study attitude and study interest of the two groups of students were compared.The results are as follows:1.There is a significant difference between the test results of the experimental group and the Control Group(p<0.05),there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the Control Group(p>0.05).2.After the teaching experiment,the students in the experimental group got better results than the students in the control group.There were significant differences in the final score and technical evaluation of the two groups in the four events(p<0.05),but there was no significant difference in passing and spiking between the two groups(p>0.05).3.In the teaching process,the experimental group's students have higher recognition degree to the gas volleyball movement,the student's practice interest is also better,the study atmosphere is also obviously better than the control group.4.The reversal of the classroom teaching mode improves the students' cooperation and competition consciousness,strengthens the communication ability between teachers and students,students and students,and improves the learning efficiency of the technical actions in the classroom.5.The students' enthusiasm of preparing and reviewing before class and consolidating after class is better than that of the students in the control group.It has greatly improved the teaching efficiency in the classroom of balloon volleyball and promoted the formation of students' "life-long Physical Education" thought. |
