In 2018,Chen Baosheng,Minister of education,focused on undergraduate education at the national education conference,and made clear the direction and focus of education reform.In response to the call of the state,"flipped classroom" as a new teaching mode is accelerating development,experts and scholars on its connotation research is also growing year by year.Up to now,"flipped classroom" has been used in various disciplines of colleges and universities.In addition,in order to adapt to the national education situation and strengthen the ability training of students in all aspects,aerobics teaching is also improving its teaching form,to find a way suitable for the current curriculum,and gradually create a variety of types of education mode.In this paper,we have done two rounds of 32 class hours flipped classroom teaching experiments on the aerobics elective course of Harbin Institute of physical education,and carried out a phased test before and after the experiment.In this paper,literature,interview,experiment,questionnaire,observation,mathematical statistics and other methods are used to study.The experimental class adopts the flipped classroom teaching mode,and finally gets the experimental data,analyzes the experimental research results,and makes statistics and observation on the students' learning interest and classroom performance.Finally,the conclusion is drawnFirst,through two rounds of teaching experiments,it can be concluded that in the elective course of Aerobics in physical education institutions,the "flipped classroom" teaching mode is a beneficial supplement to the traditional teaching mode.Second,"flipped classroom" teaching mode can effectively improve students' autonomous learning ability.The teacher sends the content to the students before class,so that the students can master the content in advance and adjust the progress by themselves,which is conducive to improving the students' autonomous learning ability in the long run.Third,the "flipped classroom" teaching mode has obvious effect on the improvement of students' comprehensive ability."Flipped classroom" teaching mode increases the time for students to practice after class,makes the classroom atmospheremore active,and also promotes the communication between students.Compared with the traditional teaching mode,this mode can improve students' initiative.Fourth,through the observation of the experimental class,students' communication and questionnaire survey,we can find that the "flipped classroom" teaching mode can promote students' interest in learning aerobics more than the traditional teaching mode.Fifth,"flipped classroom" teaching mode has no obvious effect on improving students' action standardization and mastering the ability of new actions.Students learn and master the content of learning in class before class.Although the practice time increases,through the three tests in the experiment and the observation of the students' practice in class,the students' action standardization has not improved significantly,and the effect of learning new actions has not changed significantly.
